"I don't know... This dress seems to much." Eliza sighs, putting the red floor length gown back on the rack.

"I like it. But if you want something more casual I get that too. You and Ash aren't exactly the fanciest people." Skye laughs, nudging her future sister-in-law's arm.

"The least fancy people every." Eliza nods, "But I want a nicer dress for our engagement photos, I want these to be nice, and look great."

"Don't worry, we will find something amazing. I promise."

"If anyone can help me find something amazing for this it's you and I know it." Eliza turns, "Hey, have you ever thought about the idea of settling down? You would make a great mom, Skye."

"I thought I would, but then things sort of just ended with Calum... And I've never found that or better again. I don't want what my mom had, I want what Cal and I had. If I don't find something that level, the level you and Ash seem to have, I don't want it." Skye smiles sadly. As much as she hates it, it still hurts to think about Calum, about the way things fizzled off when she had to return home to Utah due to a family emergency.

"How long has it been?" Liza asks as she pulls a pale blue dress off the next rack.

"Too long for me to still feel like I do about itq." Skye sighs, "I left LA about two and a half years ago. September of 2022."

"Right, that's about the time I met Asher. When your mom got hurt."

"Ya, I came home to help her, moved her up to Salt Lake so we were closer to her doctors and therapists, and took over even more the responsibilities of the family. It sucked to move her away from home, but it was best for her. I'm glad Ash stayed in Moab though, I couldn't see him living anywhere else."

"Good, because I don't want to live anywhere else either." Liza laughs. "Um, have you ever tried to look him up again? Or get back in contact with Calum since moving back to LA?"

"No. He's had another girlfriend since we split, and I don't want to ruin all the good memories I have with him and of the relationship we had."

"I just want to see you happy, Skye. I want to see you find the joy Ash and I have. If anyone deserves that in this world it's you."

"Thanks. Should we get some food and try another store?"

"I'm down for that. I am starving." Liza nods, dropping the dress in her hand and following Skye from the store.

"There is a great little diner up here around the corner, I used to come to it all the time when I lived on this side of town."

"I can go for diner food." Liza nods, falling into step beside Skye as the two women head up the crowded sidewalk.

"Is dad meeting us here for lunch?" Nika glances up at Sierra as she asks.

"Your dad and Luke are both supposed to be meeting us here. They might be a couple minutes late though."

"When aren't they late?" Nika smirks, rolling her eyes.

"You, my dear niece, make a very good point." Sierra laughs, shifting the one year old on her hip slightly.

"I can hold Matthew if you want." Nika offers, holding her hands out towards the small boy, a perfect replica of his mama, except for his daddies bright blue eyes.

"I think he's getting tired." Sierra laughs when her son tightens his grip on her.

"But I am his favorite. How rude!" Nika laughs.

"Ya, well even when you are his favorite, you are not his mama."

"Ya, ya." Nika sighs, pulling the door to her favorite diner open and holding it for Sierra to walk through. Her eyes get caught up as she follows Sierra, a couple women sitting at a table in the middle of the room. "Hey, Si?" She calls out quickly.
