Evan Chapter 14

I was hugging Vera and I was scared.
"How about this, I'll take the kids to my house and leave yall some time" Vera looked at me into my eyes.
"Thanks" I sniffle.
I layed on the couch.
Vera went and packed Zoe and Jaxon's stuff, then Jaxon came out.
"Mommy sad" Jaxon looked up at me.
"Yeah I know I need some time" I faked smiled.
Jaxon looked up into my eyes. I rubbed his hair.
"Don't worry you are going to have fun with auntie." I tried to cheer him up.
Vera came out of Zoe's room with Zoe in her arms.
I got up, picked up Jaxon, then walked over to Vera and Zoe.
"Thank you so much, you are the best sister" I hugged Vera.
"Sure, be careful call me tonight" Vera informed me then we walked out.
"Be good" I hugged Jaxon in my arms, then kissed Zoe on her head.
"Bye" I waved, then Vera left.
I walked inside and emma coming downstairs.
My phone rang.
"Can you please answer my phone" I asked Emma, I really did not want to talk to anybody or anything.
Emma picked up the phone.
"Hello?" Emma said into the phone.
"No this is Emma Roberts, her friend" Emma continued to talk.
She gasped and covered her mouth.
"What's going on?" I started to tear up.
"Thank you" Emma hung up and set my phone down.
"Evan broke his leg and he is in coma" What Emma said, I started to cry again, I ran upstairs, into my room, then cover my face with my pillow.
✾Emma's Pov✾
When Taissa ran up stairs, I decided to make her some dinner. I walked into her kitchen and looked into the cabinets.
I grabbed ramen noodles chicken flavored and put it in the pot, when the water was boiling.
I made the ramen noodles, put them in a bowl.
I went upstairs with the bowl and knocked on the door.
"I made you some noodles" I told her from outside.
"Come on" she said in a raspy voice.
I walked in and saw her eyes were red and poofy.
"Damn girl, you look messed up" I said.
I handed her the bowl.
"Thanks" she sniffled, then look at me.
I sat on the bed with her.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"I don't know, what happens to Evan, what if he died?" Taissa started asking questions.
"But did he die?" I told her to calm down.
"No, I guess he will be fine" Tai felt relieved.
"Why don't we watch a movie" I cuddled into the bed and layed down next to Taissa.
We watched all Back in the Future.
✾Taissa's Pov✾
While we watched Back in the Future ll Emma fell asleep.
I got up and went to the restroom.
I picked up my phone and called Vera.
"Hello?"
"Hey sis"
"Things going okay?"
"Evan broke his leg, and he is in coma"
"Aww, well I hope he is okay"
"Yeah"
"Well I just put your kids to bed"
"Thanks"
"I'm pretty tired, and I'm sure you are too"
"Yeah I am but it's only 9 so..."
"Well thanks for calling, be safe, I love you"
"Love you too" I hung up.
I walked back into my room, Emma was still sleeping in my bed. I took off my clothes and put on some pjs, then slipped into the bed with Emma.
