Chapter 59 - "Wait and never give up hope"

Angie's POV:

Once again who should appear? Mercedes, yes.

- Edmond, wait! - she said as she arrived to us - Please, don't go!

- Mercedes... - Edmond sighed painfully.

- Edmond... I finally found you again and you're leaving?!

- Firstly you haven't even recognize me and second... I have to go - Edmond said coldly that it even made me shiver - Haydeé has to go home and I want to escort her.

Mercedes froze and Edmond looked at me one more time and said:

- Take care of yourself, Angie and I might see you again soon...

This made me tear up while German hugged me from behind, resting his chin on my shoulder.

- You know what I always told you... - Edmond smiled.

Then we said at the same time:

- Wait and never give up home...

- Exactly - he smiled - I let you stay in the house where German was staying as long as you want, but if you leave give the keys to Bertuccio, or whoever you want to - he said.

And a few minutes later We all said goodbye to each other and they got on the jacht and left and German's arms tightened around my waist.

- I have a feeling we'll see him again very soon... - he said.

- I hope so... - I sighed - Let's get going... - I said, but before we could go anywhere Mercedes stepped in front of me.

- He obviously loves you! Why didn't you stop him?! - she cried.

- You have been his fianceé for a long time... You should know too that how he is... - I replied - He's stubborn as hell and it wouldn't matter if I tell him to stay... He would go anyway...

- No buts. Just move on already - I said coldly that even German looked weirdly at me.

- I know you don't like me... Since the very first time and now I understand why... - Mercedes continued.

- That's true. So what?

- I don't want us to be like this...

- It doesn't really matter since me and German will go back to Buenos Aires tomorrow and you probably stay here. We won't be even near to each other...

- Angie... That's a bit too harsh, don't you think? - said German next to me.

I stayed quiet for a minute then sighed...

- Goddamnit... Why are you always right?! - I groaned then I looked at Mercedes - Alright... We can be friends... Or something like that...

- Thank you... - she smiled.

Back to Edmond's house I collapsed down on the sofa and sighed deeply while German sat beside me.

- He'll be fine... Don't worry - he said while he began to kiss my neck.

- Ah... I'm not worried... - I replied.

- That's good... - he grinned as he kept on kissing my neck.

- Ah... German...

Now he grabbed my butt and pulled me in his lap while he started undressing me.

- I want you... - he whispered.

- Ah... G-German... - I moaned - W-Wait...

- I'm not waiting...

- Hah... Atleast let me show you where we can be more comfortable... - I said as I got out of his grip and ran upstairs.

As I was expecting German followed me up the stairs. I decided to wait for him and when he arrived I grabbed him by his collar and pulled him into the nearest bedroom, pushed him down on the bed and took his shirt off quickly before he could push me off of him.

- Oh my... - he grinned - Such a naughty girl...

- Only because I wanted to do this for so long without feeling guilty because of anyone else and just focusing on enjoy myself... - I replied.

- I feel the same way... - he smiled softly then suddenly pushed me down - But I can't wait to have you any longer...

- Then enough talking and kiss me... - I grinned and he did as I asked him to. He leaned closer and kissed me on the lips passionately. This is something I wanted to do for so long to be honest... Not like I haven't enjoy our moments with Edmond... But German is something else... Someone I'll always love for the rest of my life... Doesn't matter what happens with us...
