Reader Pov

"W-what are you...?" I asked. My knees began trembling at the image of him biting any part of my skin. I'm even more confused at his identity and why is he targeting me when there were so many girls that are willing to throw themselves to him.

"Are you dating that kid?" He growled and grabbed my shoulders a little bit hard. I whimpered in pain and held onto his hard biceps to release myself from his tight grip.

"No, but even if I do, why do you care?" That simple question is left unanswered, the moment faint sirens became louder as some couple of police cars arrived at the gates.

"Release the girl and raise your arms in the air! You have three seconds to do it!" A police officer ordered using a megaphone, whilst his comrades were pointing their guns towards us. Since I've left the door wide open, our current situation was completely visible through the projection of a powerful beam of light and I don't know what to feel about that.

Our gazes locked in a brief period prior to him jumping backwards and turning into a bat, approximately triple the size of the standard one.

What the hell...

It flew across the living room before gliding out the main door. I'm not so sure if the people outside saw that transformation, I hope they did, or else they're gonna suspect me to be hallucinating and this could end up really bad.

"Are you alright miss?" A young brown-haired male officer questioned me. He looked very worried so I assured him I'm just fine.

"Yeah... I'm sorry, he just bailed but... I wasn't able to see because of the light..."

"It's alright. You're safe now." He escorted me towards the passenger seat of a patrol car and ordered his men to do a thorough search.

"T-thank you... but how...?"

"A young boy called the station and we're patrolling a few blocks ahead." He smiled widely and his straight white teeth gave me flashbacks of the scene earlier. I haven't even noticed I was screaming until he stopped the car and calmed me down.

"H-hey, what happened?" He held my hands and to my surprise, pulled me into a hug. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you."

His firm body and heat were comforting yet awkward at the same time so I moved away and apologized for panicking. "I'm sorry, I was... I... um..." There were no words to describe that my assaulter grew fangs without raising more problems so I have chosen to shut up and put my seatbelt on.

"I guess it's better to take you to the nearby hospital to get examined." He sighed deeply and restarted the engine. We never talked again till he bid me goodbye after the nurses took over at the hospital's main entrance.

I woke up from the few taps I received from the middle-aged female nurse, asking if it's okay to take my vitals. I only nodded in agreement whilst my mind was busy processing why I'm in a white, and well organized bedroom with wide glass windows on my left side.

The events last night finally flowed back and gave me a sudden headache. The nurse immediately called the doctor and helped me lay  down on the semi-firm single reclining bed. I'm so relieved that even though what happened wasn't a mere dream, at least I've gotten rid of the monster for now.

My condition was gradually getting better until the doctor entered and almost caused me a heart attack. Hell no...

"So we've met again." The blonde bloodsucker pervert dressed in pure white, knee-length overcoat spoke with a smirk curving up his perfectly-shaped lips. "Have you slept well last night?"
