This is a Liam× reader story.
Beacon Hills was an abnormal place with a non hunter human population count of only Stiles Stilinski, kind of like how Mystic Falls is a supernatural location with the only exception of Matt Donovan.

I entered the building and saw Scott.
"Why are we still here?" I asked.
"Hayden might be dead, but you are still in danger." I looked around and there was still no Theo.
"Does anyone know where Theo is?" As soon as I voiced this question Theo walked in through the doors, but he wasn't alone. Hayden and another girl. Stiles had shown me a picture so I knew the girl was Tracy.
"We need as much help as we can get." He told us.
"From dead people?" I asked him quietly.
"Scott, I think you and the rest should go check on Josh. They said he was going to be taken next." Theo told him. Scott nodded and him, Liam, Mason, and Stiles left, leaving me, Theo and both the brought back from the dead girls to stare at each other.
"I'm not going to stay here! I want to help."
"Stay here or I'll immobilize you," Tracy said showing her Kanima eyes.
"You'd never get the chance to," I told her, smirking, and standing up.
"Sit down. You won't like me when I'm mad," She warned.
"Bold of you to assume I liked you," I told her. "Great choices Theo. Simply inspired." I said sarcastically, giving him a mock thumbs up.
"We need as much help as we can get," Theo told me.
"I don't want their help," I told him. I sat in the corner and sighed, angry that I had to sit here like a good girl, while the rest of the pack was actually doing something useful. Theo was sitting in a corner and Tracy was talking to him. Actually, not that much talking but flirting. Hayden was sitting across the room and was looking forwards at the wall. I stared at her. Had she meant to let go? That didn't matter now. But was she just scared? I went towards Hayden and spoke.
"Hey, I know things might have started off rough between us, but do you want to give each other another chance?" I asked. Hayden smiled.
"Sure. But why the sudden change?" She asked.
"Oh, I need someone to talk to so I don't have to listen to Romeo and Theo over there," I said indicating Tracy.
"I get you," She said. Hayden used her phone and ordered Chinese food for the four of us. I ate it slowly and then finally reached for a fortune cookie.
"Come on. Tell me that I am going to meet Daniel Radcliffe or something really cool." I said, squeezing my eyes shut and praying jokingly, making Hayden laugh. I opened the cookie and read the slip of paper.
"Oh, looks like I will not be meeting the cast of Harry Potter quite yet..." I said sighing in defeat.
"But a good friend of mine has good news," I said, giving a smile at the end. "So, Tracy, what's my good news?" I asked resting my chin on my hands.
