HE would ask me in spirit
if my heart is strong enough?
If not its time to clean it up
It is the season and the years
when April brought me so many rain showers
I thought over and over
about what He had asked
I couldn't answer something like that
because I truly didn't know if my heart was
I do know this for sure
I am ready to clean my heart out
This I truly cried out in a shout
Because I am hopelessly in love
with a memory that comes from heaven above.
This love that entwines in my spirit
I have no control over it
He echos truth deep within my soul
that comes to me from another time and place
I am in love with His sweet grace.
