Dark Angel takes my hands
and we started to dance
in a garden of black roses
his dark abyss eyes looking deep within
my eyes as he was trying to read me
like he is hunting for treasure
that he is truly hungry for.
But what he is looking for he will never find,
when the heart asks for pleasure
pain is all he will find...
Into the darkness, we dance as I cried.
He is a character of darkness
something that is hard for me to put into light.
He is a very haughty spirit -
that loves to tell lies.
as we dance into the night
I could feel all eyes are on us
not knowing what is going to happen next,
I could feel the coldness in the thick air
as the old wind screaming and yelling its agony
Oh, what does all of this mean?
Why do I have these evil dreams?
I am now out of my comfort zone
this is starting to get cold
we kept on dancing in rhyme
of something of ancient time
while every tear started to fall like raindrops,
Oh, the trauma in all their eyes
knowing all that they had loved died
and all they know now are lies
I could hear an old iron bell sound off from fare
it kept on a ring-like something bad was coming,
I could feel my poor heart pounding like a drum
as it skips beats in all this madness
where I pray to find a glips of gladness.
as I looked all around me...
we just kept on dance among a heavy storm.
we dance into the rain
in true agony of all the slave's pains,
I felt I was about to go insane
what does all this mean?
Why am I having this dream?
I keep hearing all those screams
begging for peace-
it wasn't long before I started hearing a voice
calling out my name -
Moonlight, they would scream
come look and see
with the light that shines in your eyes
don't be fooled to what is and what isn't
oh, sobbing minds
why do you cry?
Why are you being so unkind?
My feet are throbbing,
don't you see them bleed?
that is when I jumped into the sea of dreams.
