Chapter 18

Christina POV: (( :) ))
It's been two days and I haven't heard one world from Tris or Tobias. I'm getting kind of worried of Tris's condition. I heard she was beat up pretty bad.

I decided to give Tris a call.

*Phone Rings several times*

"Ugh, no answer." I tell Will, who's slouched down on the couch.

"Why don't you text her and then she can see it later. Or try calling Tobias?"

I tap my chin for a moment. "Good idea." I start typing out my text then send it when I finally get finished.

'Dear Tris,
Where the heck have you been? Will and I are worried sick about you and Tobias. Please send me back a message ASAP letting me know you're okay. Christina OUT'

I put down my phone and walk over to Will. I sit on his lap then start kissing his neck.

"Will, baby, I'm bored to the core."

He moves around to where we can both be comfortable.

"We can watch a movie?"

I punch his arm. "Let's go out on a date!"

"A d-date?" He stutters.

"Yeah! We haven't been on one yet, so why not. We can make reservations at the Dauntless Diner and just Chill there. You and me."

He thinks for a moment, then a huge smile goes acrossed his face. "Tonight at six?"

I squeal, giving him a hug. "You're the best babe!" The kiss him on the lips. He kisses me back, then goes on with reading whatever boring book he had started with.

"You're such a dork." I say. He smiles and replys.

"You love this dork."

I sigh heavily. "Sadly, I'm afraid I do." He gives me a quick smile, then I run upstairs to my room and look for an outfit to wear tonight.

Zeke POV:
Where the heck was Tobias at? He had text me earlier saying he would come over later to hang, but he's still not here.

"Getting worried about your boy frieeeeeend."

I sigh. "Go away Uriah."
He laughs then walks over to me. "Want to play Call of Duty until he gets here? I'm starting to get bored."

I shrug, then let in. "Fine. But don't think just because you're my brother that I'll go easy on you."

"Ouch." He replies.

We walk over to the XBox, put in the game, and start playing it.

~Time Laps: 2 hours~

"I don't.... Think... I can... Play this... Anymore..." Uriah says. I will agree, I'm starting to get really tired myself. I have beat Uriah over a thousand times and it's starting to get boring.

"Want to go eat at the Dauntless Diner?" I ask. "I'll invite Shauna and Marlene."

Uriah jumps in the air like a five year old and claps. "Yes!!!"

I laugh, grab my car keys, then wait out in the car to head to the dauntless diner. The whole drive there, Tobias still lingers on my mind. I was starting to get worried- it's not like him to just not reply or say anything to me. Something's up, and I need to find out what.

Christina's POV:
Do you think yellow or green looks better on me Will?" I shout out

"Yellow babe!"

"All right!" It was getting close to our first date, and I was getting very excited. If Tris were here, we could of gone on a double date.

I check my phone to see I have a missed message from Tris.

'Hey Chrissy! I'm doing fine, and Tobias is here next to me. I have been sleeping a lot for the past two days and never charged my phone up. Want to hang out tomorrow with the whole gang?'

At the end of the message, there is a picture of Tobias eating what looks like a sandwich. I laugh to myself, then reply back.

'Its about time tris! And yes, we should all hang out so everyone knows you're okay. Which by the way, are you okay? I heard about your attack. You know what? Just tell me tomorrow. Have fun tonight with Four ;) Oh! And I think we should go paintballing!!!
Well, I've g2g Tris, I have my first date with Will in five minutes ttyl!'

A few moments later, I get a text back from Tris.

'You text a lot! Ttyl girly!'

I smile, putting my phone in my purse.

Tris was okay. Tobias was okay. They were both safe.

Zeke POV:
I am pacing around the room, waiting for Uriah to get ready. I was waiting for him in the car, but he was taking forever. The girls said they were all going to meet us up at the diner. It would be terrible if they beat us there.

"Let's go Uriah! We'll be late!"

I hear something crash in is bedroom, and I run towards it. When I open the door, I almost died.............. OF LAUGHTER.

Uriah was face planted on the floor with all of his comic books knocked off the shelf. His pants were only half way up, exposing his Princess Pony underwear.

"Uriah.... I can't.... Breath." I say between laughs. Uriah is now on his feet, giving me the death stare.

"Just shut up and wait in the car."

I put my hands up in defense. "All right, all right." So I walk out and start up the car. In the car, my phone starts ringing. It's Tobias.

Z-"Tobias! Hey! How are you?"

T- "I am fantastic! I was just calling in to let you know Tris and I are fine, and we are just watching crappy movies."

I hear a faint yell in the background. 'They are NOT crappy movies!' It's Tris.

Tobias laughs. "All right, all right. We are just watching movies. Anyways, you and Uriah up for paintball tomorrow?"

Z-"you're on! We'll take you down!"
T-"All right. We were thinking boys against girls, or if Lynn can't make it, couples against couples."

I smile. Realizing he can't see my smile, I speak. "I'll be at Tris's house by one o'clock tomorrow."
