Jungkook POV
I never thought about it, but I really think it may be awkward between us. I remember Yoongi Hyung telling me that people do irrational things when they're hurt, and Jaz was hurt, hurt about her past that's not making sense to her. I only wanted to help, not be that person she was desperately looking for comfort...although being used by her, doesn't feel that bad.
It's really sunny and warm outside in Chicago. I can feel the sun mocking me. I'm trying to be in my feelings right now and of course, Jae-Sun is brighter than ever on sunny days. He comes skipping over to me, all bubbly.
"Jungkook!" He says while jumping up and hooking his arm over my neck to pull me down.
"I kissed her," I say.

"What?" He says while releasing his hold from me.
"And we drove home together," I add embarrassingly.
"I heard what you said, but wow! That quick? It's only been one day."
"I know."
"You should be happy; why aren't you happy?" Jae-Sun asks.
"Because I feel like it was all too quick. I told myself I wanted to pick-up from where we felt before the accident, but now, I don't think I'm ready. Plus she's a taken girl," I mumble.
"Man, f-ck Josh," Jae-Sun says a little too enthusiastically.
I raise an eyebrow at him and start laughing and shaking my head.
"Funny, because that's what Jaz said too," I say smiling to myself bitterly.
Jae-Sun shakes his head. "Look, you need to stop worrying about this and go into that school smiling. Remember, you're Jeon Jungkook...Jeon f-cking Jungkook! Golden maknae, singer, dancer, international playboy--!" He says while waving his arms around his head like a mad man.
"Stop it," I laugh.
