"Goodbye love."
- Tory Kelly
Jungkook's POV
Jasmine turns and waves at me making her royal blue gown sleeve sway back and forth. I smile and tip my graduation cap at her.
"Now for our graduates," the principal says.
The well-known graduation song starts to play through the speakers.
"George Abbott."
Claps fill the area again and a few shout. George walks up the stage and takes his diploma before shaking the principal's hand. He goes down the line of staff members and shakes their hands or gives them a hug.
"Jasmine Adams."
"YYYYYYEEEEEAHHHHHHHH!!!" People scream.
I turn around and see a huge section on the second floor of the arena of Jasmine's family. She gets up from her seat and looks up at them before waving.
She carefully walks up the stage in her white stiletto heels.
Jasmine's smile is the biggest I've ever seen as she reaches out for her diploma. Her heels click against the stage as she moves from staff member to staff member to hug them.
When she comes down the stage she makes eye contact with me before winking.
When my name is called after a billion years, people begin to scream and shout so loud that I feel like my eardrums are going to burst. Despite the loudness, Taehyung's voice still reaches my ears.
"Can't wait for you to buy us lunch!!!" He screams in Korean.
I can't help but laugh at his outburst. I make it through the chairs of students and walk up the stage to receive my diploma.
When I get back from the stage, Jasmine is sitting in the seat next to mine.
"What are you doing?" I whisper in her ear.
"I wanted to be near you," she responds.
A chuckle escapes me before I grab her hand and rub it gently.
"Oh ho ho, Damian switched with you?" I ask.
I raise an eyebrow at her.
"I bribed him," she responds.
My other eyebrow comes up.
"Now, how did you do that from row one? We are in row five," I say.
She bites her brown-painted lip.
"I got my ways, Kook, don't underestimate me," she says.
She scrunches her nose and squints her eyes as she points a long manicured hand at me.
I grab her finger and open her hand to intertwine my hand with hers.
Her eyes bug out so much that her lashes almost touch her eyebrows.
"Are you sure about this??" She asks in a hushed voice.
"It's our last day together like this. Worrying about who sees is the last thing I'm worried about," I respond.
Jasmine's face relaxes before she smiles at me.
We turn our attention back to the stage to watch the rest of our classmates receive their diplomas. The vice-principal announced people's names for what felt like another 30 minutes. After everyone was announced, Stacey walks up the stage to give the graduation speech.
