Sneak Peek:
"Hello?" He answered.
"Jungkook, look across the street," She said.
She watched him furrow his eyebrows and look at her shocked. She waved at him with the hand that had the box of paper hearts which caused his face to soften.
She quickly...
I found myself heading towards an old box in the corner of Jungkook's room, which was oddly familiar. When I picked up the box from its lonely place, I felt a sharp pain in my head. I dropped the box and massaged my temples trying to relieve the pain and rid a gruesome memory from my head.
When I caught a glimpse of the box, all I could recall was seeing a red BMW speeding away from me.
I knelt down and picked up the box, placing it on my lap as I leaned against Jungkook's bed on the floor. On top of the box was a sticky note in Jungkook's handwriting saying "wait for me." I opened the box and was surprised to find a picture of me in it. I was smiling widely with a picture in my hand of a younger-looking Jungkook. That wasn't the only picture. There were more pasted on paper hearts that were of Jungkook and me together. Jungkook looked at me with visible love in his eyes in every photo. He looked happy.
I picked out more photos and found that most of them were of just me. I assume that Jungkook took these photos of me.
As I flipped through more paper-hearted photos, the more the memories were flashing in my head, and tears blinded my eyesight.
Jungkook sat on the picnic blanket nervously. He was fiddling around with his camera that he takes everywhere with him. He placed it in the middle edge of the blanket to make sure it would see both of us.
"I hope you like it," he said while he unwrapped different Korean dishes and desserts.
There were egg rolls, sushi, kimchi, rice balls in the shape of bunnies, and some other unrecognizable foods. Nevertheless, all of it looked good.

I looked at Jungkook and smiled widely.
"It looks amazing! Did you make all this yourself?" I asked him while helping him unwrap more of the food.
He nodded his head while his cheeks reddened. "Y-yeah, but my mom kind of helped," he said while giving me the brightest smile I have ever seen in my life.
His smile is so cute and just brings joy to my heart.
He takes a set of chopsticks out and picks up an egg roll and puts it close to my mouth. I look at him curiously and open my mouth while he puts it in mine. He looks at me with wide eyes swarming with eagerness.
When the egg roll met my pallet, I was met with its delicious taste, causing my eyes to widen.
"Wow, Jungkook that was delicious!" I respond.
He beamed and grabbed another one, but I kept my mouth closed making him pout.
"No, you try it this time," I said while taking the chopstick from him and guiding the food to his mouth. "You need to taste this too."
