Unlike other siblings, I have the best relationship with my little brother.

Dad used to always say we were the same soul split into two; that's how much we were alike despite our age gap.

Don't get me wrong. We've had our moments where I felt that he was my mortal enemy, but at the same time, he was also my best friend.

He's always had my back even when I didn't know that he did. He's my personal cheerleader, always reminding me how "awesome" of a big sister I was to him. But in actuality, I am the one who was so lucky to have him as my younger brother.

I hope I'm not asking too much from you when I ask you to take care of my brother in my stead. He adores you so much and as much as I hate to say it, probably even more than me. But just by a little, tiny bit.

Make sure he never loses his smile, that he doesn't become afraid to laugh, and that he doesn't burst into tears alone in his room only to realize that no one knows how unhappy he truly is.

Please wipe his tears for me because I will no longer be able to.

Ayla reread Jungkook's message for the third time and sighed softly.

'Can't drive you home today. Stuck in a group project with people who are of no help whatsoever. :( Love you A..'

She began her little walk towards the outside of the campus, knowing that she had no choice but to take the public transit since her dad would still be at work.

She would try to ask Jimin for a ride home but she hadn't seen him since this morning, the two choosing to spend their lunchtime with their respective group of friends. Or in Ayla's case, mainly Jungkook.

Their hang-out had already been two weeks ago and the 'couple' had grown even closer since then. Speaking of the devil, a playful tug on Ayla's scarf made her turn towards the grinning culprit.

"Where's your ever-so loyal best friend?" Jimin questioned, falling in step beside her.

"He's being ever-so hardworking doing his school project."

"On a Friday?" Jimin mumbled incredulously.

Ayla grinned. "It's due Monday. Unfortunately for him, he was put into a group with people who don't seem to care about their marks. Fortunately for me, my group had great teamwork and we finished it earlier this week."
