A/N: Wheyyy Happy New Years mofo's! And new years mean this will be updated a lot more and a lot quicker :D Btw, yes I know the song in this Chapter is not one Alex and Kellin wrote together, but I felt it was rather fititng to the story :) Also, I know this Chapter is longer then the others, and the other's won't be this long, but I kinda had to make this one longer so I could fit it all in.

  Matt's POV
"Yo Matt, you alright?" Jack waved his hand in front of my face as I sat staring into space, I couldn't take my mind of that kid who was with Ashby.
"Huh? Yeah, bored." I laughed, snapping back to reality, well, it was semi true, I was bored, I hated Calc.
"Yeah, calc is boring." He nodded in agreement.
"Mr Flyzki, Mr Barakat, as you seem to have something so important to discuss, would you like to discuss it with the class?"
Time for my smart ass mouth..."Yeah, just telling Jack how hot you look in that blue blouse Miss, really makes you look...sexy!." She really didn't, but you know.
Some of the class looked at me in shock, while others just burst out laughing. "I-Wh-yo...Go see your year leader...NOW!" Awww, she got all flustered, must not get compliments often!
"I was only being nice." I shrugged, kicking back behind my desk.
"No, you where being inappropriate, go, before I give you detention for the rest of the week!" She tried to sound authoritative, but failed as she frantically scribbled on a piece of paper.
"Urgh!" I threw my book into my bag and stood up with attitude as I made my way over to her and took the piece of paper. Over dramatic? Yes, but that's how it was done.
"Next time you won't be so...rude!"
"You asked." I shrugged and walked out of the room and headed to my year leaders class room.

"Mr. Flyzik, please don't tell me you've gotten into trouble already." Mr. Mullin's sighed as I walked into his class room.
"I was just trying to be nice." I rolled my eyes handing him a piece of paper.
"Hmmm..." He frowned, unimpressed reading the note.
While I waited for him to speak again, I looked around the room and my eyes almost instantly found thee most handsome looking boy I'd ever seen. His deep brown eyes, his long light brown and blonde hair, his perfect cheekbones as he gave a small smile, his biteable pink lips. He was wearing a Blink 182 tee too, I loved Blink 182, that definitely scored big points in my book. He was like nothing I'd ever seen before, why didn't I know who this ball of cute, yet sexy godlyness was?!
But that's when I realized, the Grey hoodie he was wearing...No way...it was that kid who was with Ashby. Holy hot damn, meatballs on fire, god save the Queen and fuck me sidewards, he's hot! Next to him I saw who he was sitting with...Kellin...Oh this kid isn't helping himself here. I sighed to myself, Kellin seemed like a good kid, but he was Alan's target, if this kid friended Kellin, as much sense as it actually made given they both seemed shy, quite, awkward, he'd be in the front line of the Ashby wrath. Come on, be smart, please! I didn't want to see Ashby beat him up, in fact, I had this strange urge to go wrap my arms around him and protect him...but that wasn't an option, I still had two years to survive at this school and I've seen what Ashby and his friends, Shayley, Tony and Mike where capable off, and just the thought terrified me. Just then, he looked up, and he caught me staring Fuck! I quickly looked away and back to Mr. Mullin's, who was now looking at me, looking unimpressed to say the least...Hello detention!

Alex's POV
"So, uh, I got some lyrics already..." Kellin said nervously.
"Let's see them then." I gave him a small smile, he hesitated for a moment, then pulled out a notebook, flicking through it until he found the page and handed it to me.
Let's hang the Jury,
You sick judgmental fools,
I'll bury you six feet deep,
So tired of your rules.
Fuck you an your opinion,
How could you be so blind,
What goes around,
Comes back around in time.
These where good, like...really good, I loved them...and, they where quite appropriate too. Especially if he was the kid Alan was on about, I guess it was what he wanted to say, but was too scared too.
"So..." Kellin looked awkwardly, chewing on his lip.
"I like them! They're really good, uh...hang on..." I started strumming some random chords and patterns on the, albeit slightly battered acoustic guitar. This is what I loved, playing made me happy, and you could tell as a small smile tugged at my lips. As I played, Kellin quietly started singing along a random tune, mucking around with the notes and pitch until they fit the chords. I could tell he had this insane range behind his voice and it sounded good.
When we got to the end of, what I guess would be the verse, maybe, I looked up to Kellin who was deep in thought, and then around the room. That's when my breathing caught in my throat as I saw those beautiful brown, almost Hazel eyes baring into mine. Once again, there is was, time standing still, seeming like there was nothing else in the room except me and Him. What the hell was this feeling he gave me twice now? I'd never felt it before, and it made me uneasy. He quickly ripped his eyes away and turned to Mr. Mullin's. I felt my face glow bright red as I looked back down at the guitar as I remembered Kellin and the rest of the class around me.
"I'd avoid him if I where you." Kellin muttered. "He's one of Ashby's friends, he's not as bad as him, but he's a friend never the less."
"Yeah..." I sighed, feeling my heart sink at that fact. "So, the song?"
"Yeah, I liked what you did, it's good." He nodded.
"Er, wh-what you doing for lunch?"
"Oh, I uh have to go see Mr. Carlile, sorry." He gave me a small sympathetic smile. "But, uh, if your free Friday, I have ticket's to the Green Day concert? I w-was meant to go with my sister, but, uh, s-she c-can't make it. I-If you wanted...you don't have too."
"Sounds fun." I nodded with a smile.
"Awesome." He nodded back, matching my smile and we got back to working on the song.
