Julius's POV
I was in shock, awe, full of concern, maybe some amazement, I'm not sure what I was feeling exactly. This evening has been one thing after another ever since we all got to Vivi's. It was like a never ending roller coaster. From the amazing smells that greeted us when we entered, to the delicious meal, the musical movies, the surprise video call from her nephews, discovering I went to school with her brothers, and learning about how she always felt growing up. Each discovery had me falling more and more in love with her. Her food was amazing; she could handle Harrison, Seth, and Minnie when they start to get out of control; how she would keep an eye on Julia and made sure she rested with her feet up; the obvious connection she held with her family and how she adored her nephews; and how she tried to handle everything on her own when she didn't have to.
The movie Sahara was coming to an end. It was a favorite of the brothers and Vivi was more than okay with watching it, she hadn't been up to watching the last musical on her list after her break down. Her admittance to not wanting to burden anyone with her problems just about broke my heart, along with Caesar's. Having her cuddled up on our lap provided us with a comfort I don't think she knew she was giving us. I knew we were comforting her but it was returned to us twice fold.
I felt Vivi snuggle closer and looked down at her, she caught me looking and offered a small smile. I glanced around the room before speaking, "So what is the plan now? Another movie? Head out? What do you guys think?"
"I honestly don't mind if you stay here for the night but I understand if you need to get back to check on things." Vivi said and gestured to the floor, "As you can see there are plenty of places to sleep with the number of air mattresses blown up."
"I'm game for either." Harrison said, Minnie and Seth nodded in agreement.
Miles was sitting on one end of a couch with Julia's head in his lap, she had fallen asleep partway through the movie. "I should probably get Julia home, sleeping on the couch isn't the best for her, especially with the pregnancy. I am getting pretty beat myself."
"If you want, my parent's room is just past the dining room, you could lay down with her in there. Only if you want to, I don't want you falling asleep while driving." Vivi said. "The bedding is clean and ready for you. I have it prepared in case Joe and Flo came out to stay with me like they had been discussing."
Miles nodded in understanding. "I might just take you up on that offer, I am pretty beat."
Miles gathered Julia up in his arms before standing. Vivi got off my lap to lead them to the room and get them settled. I watched her leave before turning to the remaining trio. "She is never going to be left alone again, unless she specifically asks for it. She is either going to be at work or the pack house with us; if she is back home here, someone is with her. I don't want her to keep feeling like she is a burden or bother to anyone."
"I don't think that will be a problem," Seth said. "The way she cooks and bakes, I'm sure there will be a mile long list of people signing up to spend time with her; besides the fact that she is the future Luna."
Minnie and Harrison nodded in agreement. Minnie spoke up, "After what she told us tonight, there is no way I am leaving her be. You can bet that when I get the chance I am going to call Harry and update her on what happened. I will also let her know that we have no plans of letting Gemma spend anytime alone, I'll probably hint more to the fact that you have a 'thing' for her."
"Good," I said, pausing when I heard her faint footsteps; I switched the topic, "Are you guys thinking of watching another movie? Or heading out? Or staying here?"
"I am game for another movie, as long as I don't have to think too hard about the plot." Harrison said, "I can feel my mind start to go mushy but I'm not entirely ready to go to bed."
