I have not disappeared, I am just struggling with how I wish the next chapter to go. I'm kind of at a block at the moment. I've started writing in Julius's POV but I'm just not liking where it is going and might just start over from Gemma's POV.
I also have a lot on my plate right now. The COVID (curse the thing) has my kids' school system going back and forth between being in school and distance learning. Well I'm in for at least five weeks of distance learning with two preschoolers having zoom meetings and having to monitor a fourth grader to make sure he gets his work done too. I'll be watching my nephew during the day.
I've also added to my plate by signing up for numerous ARCs (Advanced Reader's Copy). It's like an addiction, the story looks great so I sign up and the next thing I know is that I have 8 reviews due tomorrow and I've only read two so far.
I'm also currently being weaned off my antidepressants to go on a med vacation because I have been switching from mediation to mediation without stop for over ten years now. It's time to see how many of my current problems are side effects of the meds I am on. So I'm on that adventure now.
