Chapter Two-
I woke up the next morning, still tired and wanting to sleep. God only knows what time I went to sleep last night. I groaned rolling away from the light that was pouring into the shop. Fuck, I did not want to get up. I thought to myself, sighing. But I knew I would have to sooner or later, so I decided on sooner. I slowly got up and went over to the drawer where I kept all my cloths, since I practically lived in this office. Slowly as I could, I got dressed. (external link) I picked some short cloths since after all, it was summer time.
After having picked out my cloths, I went into the main part of the shop, and walked over to my dad's desk, reading the note he left on his desk, "Dear Bentley, went out for a week, be back soon, money's on the kitchen table. BE GOOD. Love, dad"I frowned, but shrugged, it wasn't like I hadn't taken control of this place before, so it was different then anything else.
I made sure that the place was locked up before walking out of the shop to get some fresh air, we had no customers today anyways. So I decided I'd just go into town.
-_-Jack's point of view, ten miles away from the car shop-_-
Fuck! I thought as me, Kel, and Justin all looked at the engine. "How the fuck did it break?" I asked, raising my eyebrows as I looked at the other two. They both shrugged, looking just as confused as I was.
"Maybe there's an auto part shop close." Kellin said hopefully. Justin and I nodded slowly, hoping that he was right, maybe there was. But I had a feeling there wasn't. So, me, Justin, and Kel stood there for a while, debating on how we were going to explain this to the rest of the guys, for god sakes our bus broken down. Well, maybe we could get a hold of the Pierce boys, I mean, they lived in San Diego right?
"Dude, someones coming this way!" Kellin said, pointing to an upcoming car. We shrugged, before waving our hands to get the drivers attention, and thankfully we did. They stopped the car, which looked like a really broken down Bentley. I expected a guy to step out of the car, but instead, a girl, with brown hair that had streaks of color around her bangs, a tank top, shorts, and converse. Fuck, that's not the kind of girl you'd expect to see in that kind of car.
She raised an eyebrow at us, walking closer. "What..?" She asked, eyeing the three of us. We all shared a look, before shoving Kellin in front of us so he would speak, he glared at us, but shook it off. I excepted her to freak out about talking to the Kellin Quinn, and I think Justin was too, but she raised an eyebrow at him.
"Um, hi, our uh, bus broke down.. Where's the closet auto shop?" He asked, gesturing back to our broken down bus. The girl looked like she was having an internal debate with herself, before she nodded back to our bus.
"Mind if I take a look?" She asked. Kellin looked at her like he had no idea why, but nodded his head anyways. She smiled at him, before walking over to the engine. We all expected her to just move back right away saying she didn't want to get grease on her, but this girl surprised us once again by leaning in close, getting grease all over top. My eyes widened as I watched her.
"Well, it looks like nothing serious, just a gas break." She said, leaning back up and wiping the grease off her top, and getting it all over her hands.
"How do you know that?" Justin asked, raising an eyebrow at her. She shrugged a small smirk on her face.
"My dad and I are mechanics," She said simply, shrugging her shoulder once again. I was once again, shocked at this. She was really surprising me now.
"Well, that's.." Kellin trailed off not knowing what to say as he tried to gather himself. "Um, where's the nearest auto part shop..?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at the girl.
"My dad and mines a little whiles away, but I can go back there and get some things have it all fixed up." She said, shrugging her shoulder, as if she had nothing else to do.
All three of us grinned, before Justin went into the bus to tell the others who were curiously waiting for us come back and tell them what had happened.
"Awesome." Kellin said, grinning. She nodded, before explaining that she'd just go back to her auto shop and get the supplies, and of course, Kellin offered for us to drive with her. She shrugged, accepting the offer.
"Sweet, I'll just go tell Justin and the rest of them." Kellin said, before heading into the bus to go explain.
"So.." I trailed off, just remembering that I had no idea what her name was. She raised her eyebrow, before quickly catching on.
"Oh, my name's Bentley." She said, chuckling at herself. I grinned, just like her car, I thought looking over at the Bentley. She followed my gaze, chuckling. "Yeah, I know, I'm share the same name as the car I drive." She said, smiling. I nodded.
"So, uh, you really have no idea who we are, do you?" I asked, trying not to sound to conceded, but I really had to know. She shook her head.
"I can tell your musicians, but I don't really listen to todays "popular" music." She said apologetically. I nodded, kind of understanding now.
"Well, I'm Jack." I told her, smiling like an idiot. She nodded with a small smile on her lips as I spoke.
"Well, it's nice to meet you Jack." She said, grinning. I nodded back at her, now wondering what was taking Kellin so long to come back.
(sorry, I was going to add more, but I did something to my finger, and I'm in a sad mood.. Sorry.)
