The cold night air flooded through the canyon and most life forms had retreated underground . A yellow organism flew threw the canyon looking for prey. The organism twisted and moved in and out of itself as if it had no real physical structure. The yellow creature flew toward the mangled corpse of another creature partially clad in metal . The the organism absorbed itself into the flesh of the corpse and the corpse shook violently for a moment before its eyelid opened and the eyeball inside rolled around completely until a yellow eye took its place. The shadows on the walls showed the outline of the corpse as it morphed and twisted in on itself before a loud screech filled the canyon and echoed all across the land. Any animals that were still out in the open had now fled for their lives hiding in whatever crevice they could.
A new monster had just risen and declared its dominance over the planet!
