CHAPTER 47 – MUSEUM

AZAI'S POV

It's 7am and I found myself buying two cups of coffee at my favorite coffee shop, the same shop where I first met her inside the academy, that flat chested girl, Mag— Miss Imperio.

Naubos ko agad ang kape ko habang papunta ako sa unit niya. It only took me one knock and she immediately opened the door, all dressed up in her usual maong pants and oversized shirts.

"Good morning," she shrieked, she seemed like she's been waiting in front of the door for hours.

As I entered her small unit, natanaw ko na naman ang lalaking iyon, the same fucking guy who promised me that he'll solve Emilia's death.

What a cocky bastard, I forgot his name already. Till now he hasn't updated me anything informative about the case.

May tinitimpla siya sa may kusina, it looks like he's making her a cup of coffee.

"Akin ba iyan?" tanong ng babae habang tinuturo ang hawak kong kape.

"Ye—" I was cut off when the fucking cocky bastard shouted, "Magwayen, your hot chocolate is ready!" Imperio completely ignored the guy's statement. She was all ears on me.

"Ye— you wish," palusot ko at agad na ininuman ito.

I guess more caffeine for me!

What was I even thinking? Why did I even try to buy her a cup of coffee in the first place when someone would actually make her something else?

Stupid fucking silly, Azai!

She pouted as she went to the kitchen shouting, "Oo Eion, nandyan na! Kala mo naman tatakbo yang tasa! Hindi rin naman lalamig agad iyan!"

Oh I see, his name is Eion.

I still can't recall tho, but I do remember his scars, it's just that he's wearing a lame fucking face mask so I can't really see his burns and scars right now.

Tinawag nila ako sa kusina and the both of them showed me the letter and miss Imperio even prepared a power point presentation so I can fully understand what they are trying to say.

"I'm not stupid, you know," I stated as I closed the laptop she was pointing out. The power point was very offensive, is she trying to convey that I have a very low IQ to the point that she intended to create a visual representation so I can grasp the matter?

Fuck it.

Her eyes started to water when I closed the laptop, "Pinagpuyatan ko pa naman 'tong power point dahil gusto kong maappreciate mo tapos gusto kong makita mo na nageeffort talaga ako," she said almost in the verge of crying.

I opened the laptop and tried to smile to lift her up.

I don't like making girls cry, it's so unmanly!

"I appreciate your efforts," I stated to lift her aura. She suddenly excused herself, she said she had to get something on her room so we can finally go to Panlinugun City.

"Don't say words you don't mean," the cocky bastard stated as he sipped on his water. He was obviously referring to me, oh lame ass.

"Wow, are you referring to youself bastard?" I retorted. Tumingin na siya ngayon sa'kin. "You promised you'd solve Emilia's case, but in the end it looks like Miss Imperio is doing all the work, are you planning to steal the credit cocky bastard?"
