Chapter 35: Secret

I woke up and remembered what had happened last night.  I gently lifted Selene off of me and laid her down. I stood up because I'm going to do her normal work for the day. I've seen what she does enough to do it, but I just want to take her load off. 

I'm going to make sure to help to the best of my abilities. I'm going to try and act more like a father for Selene to know that I'm trying to change. As I walked into the mansion and started to help by doing some cleaning Sebastian walked by and stopped to look at me. I guess he was wondering why I was working at cleaning up for. Then after a while he asked when he spotted me again when I was helping Mey-Rin with getting dishes for Ciels' breakfast.

" Pluto? Where is Selene? " I didn't answer him and then after a while he just stopped looking at me all weird.

[ Selene P.O.V ]

I opened my eyes and looked around once I noticed I was alone and I couldn't hear Pluto. I wondered where is he? Then I sat up and felt a little weird that I was alone, but then I remembered that I had slept in more as I started to get up to get ready to work. I saw a piece of paper torn out in front of the doorway. 

I picked it up and held it up to read what was written on it. 

' Selene don't worry about working today, I've got it covered.

I felt surprised at this. I'm usually the one who leaves him to relax here, but now he's doing it to me this time? I looked around the big dog house, and I realized that as I sat down that this must be how Pluto feels when I leave him here. It feels quiet and kinda lonely with it feeling so empty. Only blankets and pillows on the ground as it made me realize just how cold in here can get. It made me feel like I want to get out of here to do anything besides staying in here.

I stood up and started to walk outside and felt I realized just what makes Pluto want to do things outside of the dog house all the time. I walked around and took the time to think about last night. I'm pregnant. I'm going to have a baby come out of me. The look on Pluto's face was one of the most adorable things I've ever seen. I felt myself blush a little imagining the look on his face and how well he took it. I then tried to think weather or not this whole thing is because he's trying to pamper me or something.

Then I paused when I tried to think of what things would be like once the baby comes. Will I have to tell the master and the others? As time goes by, I felt myself wondering to look for Pluto and something for me to do. I found him in the kitchen making Baldroy a little annoyed because he was fonding over the food for the master's lunch. Then I laughed a little as he yelled at Pluto

" Hey! You get away from the bloody food! " I then walked over to Pluto as Baldroy said looking at me once he noticed I was laughing

" Selene, control your boyfriend! " then he turned his head around as he froze at the stove. When he saw me he then moved over to me which made Baldroy say

" How come he can do what I ask you to do when he sees you? " He then asked me " Selene, why are you here for? " I looked at him and asked " Why are you here? And why did you want me to stay behind? " then as he was thinking I smiled and said 

" You were trying to make me rest now that I'm pregnant weren't you? " he blushed slightly and said looking away " Maybe...." But then I kissed him on the cheek which Baldroy smirked with his cigarette between his teeth. I said in his ear " Thank you anyway....." then he smiled and I asked if he had anything to do right now. He said no but then we went outside to walk and talk.

When we were walking I brought up the topic of planning for the future. Like 

" What will happen when the baby is going to be coming? " He started to blush slightly as he said rubbing the back of his neck " I don't know, maybe..we can have you deliver in the dog house. " I said I'd be fine with that, but I couldn't help but ask who would help deliver. The idea was a little weird to talk about, but I asked him
