[ Third Person P.O.V ]
It was a week till Christmas and it became clear in the Phantomhive manor. Ciel had just received his newspaper from Sebastian. He noticed the latest increase in the companies toy and candy sales have nearly doubled since last Christmas.
He grasped his morning tea cup his eyes glued to the paper as he read further on the topic. Sebastian asked placing his masters pie on his desk
" Interesting read master? " he said sipping his tea " Indeed, apparently the Funtom Corporation's toy and confections have out sold the numbers of all the sells from the previous year by 60%. " he then set his tea cup down on the plate as he placed the paper down on the desk revealing the latest news. He talks about how there's a thing that all the businesses manufactures are doing in the spirit of Christmas.
[ Later.. ]
Ciel is standing with Sebastian at his side on the top of the grand stair case. Finny, Mey-Rin, Baldroy, and Tanaka standing at the base of the stairs standing like a line of troops awaiting the order. Well minus Tanaka who was drinking and was more calm then the others. Ciel brakes the grueling silence
" With Christmas approaching in almost a week the Phantomhive company must make a contribution of some sort in the spirit of the up coming holiday. " All three of them were livid at the mention of the holiday and the fact they weren't in trouble as they all smiled. Ciel continued
" As such I'm open to any suggestions on what to do as ideas are needed before planning such a elaborate thing out. " Finny exclaimed
" Oh, I see " then as Baldroy was thinking as he smoked his cigarette Mey-Rin exclaimed pointing her pointer finger in the air
" Owe, I got it! Why don't we have a Christmas gala here at the estate?! " Ciel questioned " gala? " then Finny said understanding the idea and getting excited " Oh yeah, this way everyone the master invites will know who the head of the Phantomhive is. " then Baldroy added " Yeah, but this way people who want to talk business can as well have a good time! " then Ciel said before a smile slightly appears on his face " a party huh? " and then says
" That's not a bad idea, plus in the light of the holiday. You four may have the gala off, freeing up time to enjoy this engagement as you please. " they all started to thank him over lapping the others words as they became even more excited. Sebastian looks down at Ciel with a small smile and says
" I presume this gala would be where you'll be sharpening your dance skills my young lord. " Ciel's face frowned at this comment which made the very idea of having to dance annoying. He shrugged it off though and just said " Whatever " this made Sebastian chuckle slightly. Sebastian had a list for the guest's already being made while the noise was settling down and Sebastian asked
" Is Lady Elizabeth going to be attending this gala? " Ciel sighed and then said " Well, she'll come once she hears about one way or another, so I suppose we might as well. " then making the whole room silent and the attention all on him. Baldroy asked
" Well this all sounds well and good and all, but what are we do'in with them two? " He pointed behind the servants was a listening Selene and Pluto as he continued
" I mean, we can't just leave them outside the whole time where they act like dogs. Even If they're dressed and look human we can't have two strangers outside the whole time make guests wonder who they are and If they're invited. " then Sebastian commented
" Well, I think they'll have too be dressed properly and I can tell that Selene could actually join in the gala festivities. Pluto I think might need your eyes out encase he acts out of sorts. "
