Donny's POV:
I decided to visit Eric the following day. When I got there he was suppose to leave but made time to still talk.
Eric: "I'm offering you coffee now though hindi yan kasing sarap nung pinatikim mo kay Dale, she couldn't stop talking about it last night."
Donny: "I'm sure it's not the coffee, talaga lang appreciative si Dale."
Eric: "So, what brought you here?"
Donny: "Well, I just want to ask how you are, you know with how things are happening right now- me and Dale?"
Eric: "Are you asking me if I'm okay that you are back? Donny, I have long accepted that what you and Dale have is something I can never replace. Even that time when she chose to be with me, yeah, I was able to have her, but never her heart. Nung nag desisyon akong i let go si Dale, hindi yun dahil sa napagod ako, i stepped away because I know that she was meant to be with someone else, kahit paulit ulit ko siyang subukang pasayahin, which I have tried, sinungkit ko na lahat ng bituin for her, but still it wasn't enough to make her look at me the way that she looks at you. So kahit anong pilit ko, pahihirapan ko lang siya kasi yung kasiyahan na gustong gusto kong ibigay sakanya, ikaw lang ang may dala. Hindi na mawawala yung pagmamahal ko kay Dale, nandito nato bago pa mangyari ang lahat, magkaibigan kami e, but I promise you I'm okay now."
Donny:" Thank you for loving her right, during those times that I couldn't. You might not know this, but I'm really grateful to you, kung hindi dahil sayo hindi ako magigising, hindi ako magsisikap na tapatan yung kaya mong gawin para sakanya. I just, really wanted to thank you man, Salamat-"
Eric: "Salamat din, I appreciate you coming here to check on things. You seem to have really grown, changed, for the better."
We shook hands and that was just a weight off of my shoulders.
Eric's POV:
I admire Donny for coming here today, it felt like he wanted a fresh start. Mapalapit sa mga taong malalapit kay Dale.
After the talk, dumeretso ako para sunduin si Paige sa school at samahan tignan yung gusto niyang rentahang space para gawing studio niya. I was a little nervous, specially after the talk we've had last night, things will be a little different. I parked on the side of the road and saw her standing on the other side, ayos na ayos siya.
Eric: "Ayos na ayos ha, babaeng babae-"
Paige: "Siyempre naman, pinaghandaan ko to, first day to sa buong buhay ko na may susundo saaking jowa!"
Eric: "jowa?"
Paige: "oo, diba magjowa na tayo?"
Eric: "uhm well-"
Paige: "uyyy, na ra-rattle! Naku Ericson Montreal, alam ko na yang mga ganyan ganyan, maya maya niyan sasabihin mo na sakin na mahal mo na ako- naku naku naku, pulang pula ka oh- tsk tsk tsk-"
Nagumpisa ng lumakad ito.
Eric: "mahal na nga kita-"
Gulat na gulat na humarap ito-
Paige: "Ako-Sabi mo? mahal-"
At hindi ko napigilan ang tawa ko.
Eric: "Oh bakit parang ikaw ang na rattle, tigan mo mukha mo oh, kilig na kilig, mas pulang pula ka oh-"
Paige: "nakakainis ka naman e,"
Nagdabog itong lumakad palayo.
Eric: "oh bakit pikon! Ikaw ang nag umpisa e-"
