The plan was made. Maan had arranged it all. He was all set to woo his lady Tara and ask her hand for marriage. Before the formal family meeting, Maan wanted to make it special for Tara. Due to their strict schedules they never really got a chance to enjoy little romantic moments. But, today they took a break and decided to make it special and memorable.

Abhedya cancelled his party.
Arya rescheduled his appointments.
Swarnima finished her work beforehand. She was super excited for her first getaway with friends and Maan was finally getting hitched.
Aadya was all set to meet her beloved's family and friends in person.

Abhedya was supposed to pick up Swarnima, Arya and Aadya and drive to the resort where Maan and Tara were.

He reached Swarnima's place and called her, "Come fast. I am waiting downstairs." He was still the angry bull.

"Two minutes," Swarnima told him and she reached on time.
Abhedya got down and put her bag in the boot.

"What took you so long? I am not your personal chauffeur that I will wait for you." Abhedya was a bit louder and a lot rude.

"Sorry!" Swarnima told him and sat in the passenger seat.

"Sit behind! Arya will sit here. He will navigate. Women are bad with directions." Abhedya was unnecessarily rude he knew but his anger was never in his control.
Swarnima sat in the middle row quietly. After a few rash turns from Abhedya, Swarnima said, "I am sorry about earlier. I should have not spoken to you like that. I had a reas..."

Swarnima could not complete because Abhedya took a sharp turn which made Swarnima scared.

"CAREFUL!!!!" Swarnima shrieked and put her hand on her heart.

"Sorry, princess! But, I also had a 'reason' for this sharp turn. Just like you always have 'reasons'." Abhedya banged his hand hard on the steering saying that.

Swarnima kept quiet. Probably that will be the best. Arya and Aadya were ready with their bags for the night stay. They put them in the boot, greeted their friends and took their seats.

"Why were you sitting behind Nim?" Arya questioned.

"I am bad with directions and navigation is not my cup of tea. So, I sat behind and left that space for you." Swarnima answered him.

"And, you think Arya is good with it? If you want to reach the destination on time don't trust Arya." Aadya commented and laughed.

Aadya hugged Swarnima again and whispered in her ear, "I am so happy Nim."
"So am I. My stupid friend made the right choice." Swarnima told her and they giggled.

After lots of wrong routes, Abhedya gave up and assessed, "Enough Arya! Even a small child does not read maps as you do. We had to take the route from under the flyover and we are on it now."

Swarnima giggled.
"What!! You must be enjoying it. I was proven wrong. Miss always right is again right. Stop giggling and keep quiet." Abhedya shouted on Swarnima.

"That is no way to talk Abhey! Apologise to her." Aadya scolded Abhedya. They were long lost school friends.

Abhedya kept driving and ignored her. The drive was quiet after that. No one spoke just the songs on the radio played on full volume.

Finally, the resort arrived and everyone went towards the reception. They were directly escorted towards the location where Maan was on his knees with a ring waiting for Tara to say "yes".

With a teary smile, Tara declared, "Yes! Thousand times yes!"

Hoots and whistles from the quartet were loud enough to be heard by the couple in the middle of the river. Maan gave a quick kiss to Tara who was now his fiancée.
