Chapter 3

Jake's POV

I woke up around 6:40am and found the bed empty, I shot up right away looked around so I assumed she went down down stairs. I started wondering where she went, I got up about to go to the door and leave when i noticed soemthing very odd. Instead of the door open the window was open and i knew for a fact that she closed it before we went to sleep. I run down stairs and out the door. I run over to the tree by her window. "what in the hell? her room is 3 stories there is no way she could have kept the landing and if she wanted to get down she would have used trees and there are no stratch marks or broken branches. and how are there no foot prints. this is getting very strange" i thought outloud I walked into the house confused. I sat in the kitchen eating breakfast with some of guys in the house all confused. Suddenly I hear Lilly's voice 'Hey morning babe i thought i would tell you something' i heard her say sweetly i smiled and thought 'and what would that be my dear?' i sweetly thought back. I couldnt hear her over the guys screaming so i just lost it "everyone shut the hell up for a moment i cant hear what she is saying!!!!!!!" then it went deaad silent. First she started talking sweetly then striaght to yelling 'oh nothing just wondering WHEN ARE YOU GONNA GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE ALONG WITH SOME OF THE PACK'S STRONGER WOLVES BEFORE JOY AND I GET MAULED BY ABOUT 20 ROGUES!!!!!!' she thought 'helps is on the way Lilly hold on!!!' i screamed in my thought. With out another word i took off towards the door screaming for my table to come on we flew by her father and he tell something was wrong. As he quickly caught up in wolf form he said to me 'Jake whats wrong!' he screamed as we was running 'Its Lilly and Joy they are surrounded by 20 or some Rgoues!!!' i screamed back and jsut by that i ran at full speed I can hear howling and fighting up ahead.

Lilly's POV

We were surrounded when i suddenly heard howling coming closeras i saw a big wolf that had to be Jake. His wolf was big and a Jet Black wolf with a snowy white belly and chest with a white stripe going down his face, I decided to take advantage while they were distracted and i tackled the Alpha of the Rogues. Then the real battle started just in time as my pack arrived. We killed them all and shifted back. I saw Jake running up to me and pulling me closely I hugged him tightly and buried my face into his next "thank you Jake"i said in his neck well really his chest since he is taller than me. "I will always be here for you Llilly, I will let nothing and i mean nothing hurt you" he said as he leaned into kiss me.

Joy's POV

I suddenly heard a shout in the pack "Joy!!!" I saw that it was my mate John who came rugging and hugged me tightly."babe are you ok?!?!?! you had me worried sick!!" he said. I just smiled weakly " yes i am just exhausted from fighting off 30 or some rogues, If Lilly hadnt come to save me then i probley would have been dead......." i said as tears started forming in my eyes. John just whipped them away as it got dead silent after what i said about Lilly showing up "shhh shhh baby its ok i am hear now its ok you are safe" he said sweetly and with love to and i just smiled at him John was 6'3 like Jake and same body structure. He has golden brown eyes and golden brown hair. I loved him very much.

Lilly's POV

"Alright you two start talking. why were you out here so early in the morning." he said firmly. I looked at Joy then back at my father " I was following my Alpha instincts" i nearly almost shouted at my father "and what in the bloody hell was---" i cutt him off " i was sleeping when i heard her cry for help! so i got out of bed and went out to help her! she is apart of my back and its the Alpha's duty to protect her family and best friend! 10 rogues came after we faught them off 20 more came and i thank you for comeing" i screamed standing next to Jake with his hands around my waist and chin on my head as he stood behind me. My father just stood there and everyone was quiet suddenly i heard my father smile "Lilly you will make a wonderful Alpha......oh crap come on everyone to the meeting not everyone has to go Jake's father told me" he said as everyone Jake and Lilly. Jake and I shifted into our wolves as i said to my father 'the 2 of us are gonna run ahead' my father just nodded after i thought to him. Jake and I basicly runt he same speed i nipped him and he nipped me back as we were playing around, i felt like a little child again playing around with his puppy. When we finally got there the meeting began.
