I'd like to find an abyss, and get lost in it with you for an eternity.

*LOUIS' POV*

"What do you mean lost, Harry?" I try very hard to control and contain my agitated irritation, a

force not to be reckoned with when my number one priority is to visit a loo.

We have managed to deliver the goods - that turned out to belong to a mob boss under the radar -

in no more time than twenty-eight good hours. We're headed back now and seem to have

somehow gotten lost en route to home.

It was the third day of our delivery trip, that makes it roughly ten hours of free time spent in Folks

before we left.

Harry purchased a new phone after my constant and persistent pleads, from the Samsung store on

Smith's and Vane. It was pricey but worth it when I got to watch Harry listen attentively to the

the calming therapeutic methods I've taken up just recently.

"Did you turn right or left after the Higginson?"

"Where the fuck was the Higginson?"

I don't miss the cold stare he gives me for my profanity. "After Redsquare we got onto the

Higginson. We were supposed to turn left when we came to a two-way street that was supposed

to take us to the N3 and the short cut back onto the H28."

"I think we turned right." Now my lip becomes a victim to my rough biting. "I thought you said

right!"

"I didn't say right, Louis." He says calmly. "We can just go back."

"Look around us! Where the fuck do you want us to go?"

We were in the middle of a pan, flat-out landscape that was dry and drained of all its harvest. The

soil erosion was evident and the unhealthy dirt blew loosely in the wind. It was blank, impossible
