Mental health is not a real thing. Humans are thriving because they always evolve to adapt. So that means every human everywhere at any time is actually happy. Every action and every decision that is made by a human is actually 100% in line with who they are. That is why it is so easy to understand humans. That is why it is so easy to judge them.

There are many myths about mental health and wellbeing, most of them stemming from the science of psychology. Rather than focusing on placing the blame on people that rightfully deserve to be punished, the idea of psychological illness focuses on issues at hand in an attempt to better situations.

This is blatant disrespect to hundreds and hundreds of generations of humans that have punished people who behave abnormally rather than trying to understand them. Are we really supposed to abandon more than a thousand years of cultural heritage? This must have been the idea of some fool-hearted idiot for sure. Yes, Freud, I am talking about you and your weird sexual obsessions. Psychology is a vain attempt. Moreover, everything that humans have done within social contexts has always been right for sure. People with so-called mental health issues should really suck it up.

As previously stated, psychology is a vain attempt. This means that it is not actually without use for someone who is striving to be their most horrible self.

Everything that you or anyone else does not like about you is not actually within your control. You are you because of your parents. There is nothing more to you than your surroundings and circumstances. Every successful person ever was born either rich or exceptionally talented. So if you are good, this is not something you can actually take credit for. Really, you being good is just another reason to hate yourself and to be in a bad mood constantly. Be friends with your haters, they will help you with this.

When bad things happen, but they were not caused by you, psychology is also helpful. Mild inconveniences, as well as big diversities, should always be blamed on someone. Psychology will give you great tools to not only explain this person's behavior but to also feel intellectually superior without ever trying to understand other people's perspectives. People will appreciate it a lot when you tell them about the way in which their psychology tricks them into believing they are right.

Furthermore, as a warrior of Truth, it is your duty to reject everything that is publicly associated with good mental health: A healthy diet, sports on a weekly basis, intimacy and maintaining social contacts as well as talking about or being aware of your own feelings. Communication is for people who have nothing to offer. If what you have to offer is good, people will just figure out what you want and then give it to you.
