Mason's House

Upon waking up, I was not surprised to find that I was practically naked and beside a dead asleep Mason, my boyfriend. Rather than snuggling back up against him, I slipped from under the warmth and walked to the bathroom. On my way there, I noticed that Bruce wasn't in his corner, his entire cage was missing. Before I began to panic, I remember that I had moved him into the guest bedroom since Mason was such a big baby.

In the bathroom mirror, I didn't look like a complete monster so after running a comb through my hair, I brushed my teeth and washed my face quickly. As I exited the bathroom, I noticed that I was only in my undergarments. Heading back over to the bed, I lifted up the covers to find Mason only in his boxers. But that wasn't my main concern. I searched in the bed and even checked under the bed but I couldn't seem to find my shorts, or at least my shirt.

"Looking for something," Mason's groggy voice startled me.

"Oh my god, don't ever do that again," I gasped, holding my hand over my rapidly pacing heart.

"Sorry," He said, laughing lightly.

"Have you seen my shirt?" I asked him.

"Maybe," He mumbled as his eyes ran up my body. My face heated up and I was probably blushing like a teenage virgin. Disregarding the fact that I still was a teenage virgin I replied, "We are in my room. You know I could get a new shirt."

"But you won't," Mason retorted, sitting up. Before I had a chance to reply, he grabbed my waist and hauled me over him. My legs were on either side of him and we were face to face.

"Ow," I muttered, tilting my head in pain. My neck was aching badly. It wasn't like a cramp or anything but it hurt like hell. I went to get up to go check in the mirror but Mason stopped me.

"What are you-" I was cut off when he leaned forward and placed his lips on my neck. I shivered slightly when I felt his tongue trail across my sink and began to suckle on it. I moaned lowly as he continued to run his hands across my back. He eventually stopped and went in to kiss me. I noticed two things that struck me as odd. First, my neck wasn't hurting anymore, and second as his breath mixed in with mine, only my breath smelled of peppermint. His didn't smell gross or anything.

"Why did you brush your teeth?" He asked me in amusement.

"There's something called morning breath," I replied, crossing my arms.

"You're too cute," He said.

"And you're a thieving bastard, where's my shirt?" I demanded.

"I'll give it back in a minute," He replied, leaning his head back against the headboard. I watched him close his eyes for a minute before trailing my own down his chest. I lifted my hands up and began to trace the sharp features on his stomach.

"What's on your mind?" Mason suddenly asked me.

"How come you've never taken me to your house before?" I asked, even though that wasn't what was on my mind.

"Uhh, would you like to go?" He asked, opening his eyes and lifting his head to look at me.

"Yeah," I shrugged.

"Well, let's go then," He said in agreement.

Well, that was easy. After I showered, declining Mason's suggestion to save water and shower together, we both headed downstairs. Thankfully there was no sign of AJ but Scar was whistling happily beside a pan of frying bacon.

"Morning," She sing-songed.

"Morning," I mumbled back suspiciously. She was never this happy in the morning. Ever.
