The Last Guest 5: Aftermath [OLD]

Chapter 5: Showtime

The day has arrived where the play is about to be planned. However, not everything is ready. The Last Guest had his plans ready with the script. But he does not have everything set up. He will need his friends' help.

"Oh! Hello, asker!" Guest greeted. He straightened his papers where the script is. "The story is going to be about me, Jez, and Matt going on an adventure. We basically save Daisy".

"And someone's gotta be the bad guy!" Guest added. "I'm excited!". He went inside his house to meet up with his friends. "Hey guys, so are we ready-"

He was cut off when he saw his friends asleep on the couch. "Guys." Guest said quietly. They didn't wake up. "GUYS!!!!" Guest yelled as loud as he could.

They were still fast asleep. Guest pulled out an air horn and yelled as the air horn made it's noise.

They woke up immediately as they heard the loud sound of the air horn. "Guys! The play! We gotta move!" he said.

"Sorry, we were a bit tired" Bethany stretched. "We didn't even set up the stage" Guest replied.

"I can't believe we are actually doing this! This is going to be a blast!" Molly stood up. "I am going to set up the stage"

"I'll decorate it!" Rose exclaimed. "I call playing the bad guy!" Bethany called out.

"Okay, Daisy, Jez, Matt, we are going to rehearse" Guest pointed. They nodded and went outside to get the play ready. None of them are aware of the shadow watching them.

"What would you expect? The one bacon elite soldier is dead because I killed it" Jez replied. "And the one with the scar is in prison"

"Also... Why do you like him so much?" Jez questioned. "He killed many innocent people!"

"I dunno, but I think someone has a crush" Bethany's eyebrow raised. "Bethany stop" Jez said, seriously. Bethany started to laugh.

"Anyway, go put on your costume." he said. Bethany nodded and walked away. Jez started to practice his lines.

Rose painted the stage until she heard the voice. "Huh? What?! Oh... The askers are back" she said. "Well, yes. I do!" she blushed.

"He is a really sweet guy! We were friends since the Great War." Rose gripped onto her other arm. 

"And when I was in the hospital, he would visit me daily!" she continued. "Hey! Rose!" Molly called out.

"Hurry up! The show is about to start!" Molly yelled. "Oh! I gotta keep working!" said Rose.

Night time arrived. The lights on the stage turns on. A huge audience sat on the seats. Then from the curtains, arrived Molly.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to tonight's show!" Molly announced.

Molly's faint voices can be heard as behind the stage, were The Last Guest and his friends. "Okay, when you hear that line, you come out. Okay?" Guest instructed.

Bethany wore a black coat with a black mask covering her eyes. "Got it!" she nodded.

"And now! May I present to you guys, the greatest hero who ever lived..." Molly continued. "THE LAST GUEST!"

Guest popped out of the curtain and the crowd went wild. "Thank you! Thank you!" Guest bowed. "Hello! It's me! The Last Guest! You know, me... A great hero and all... and-"

His words were cut off by the screams of Daisy. "Oh no! Daisy! I gotta save her! Matt, Jez! Help me!" Guest yelled.

That's when Matt and Jez came in to the stage. Meanwhile, Bethany sat near the wall, looking bored. Suddenly, she heard something from the prop section.

"Huh? Who's there?!" Bethany stood up and started to investigate. She walked through the props and found nothing. She turned around and saw a white eyed, black shadow in front of her. She started to scream, but no one heard her.

"Help me, Guest!" Daisy shouted. "Don't worry! I'll save you!" Guest shouted. Then there was awkward silence. "I said... DON'T WORRY! I'LL SAVE YOU!" he repeated.

Then Bethany walked in with her eyes closed. Then she stopped. Opened her eyes and everyone saw her white glowing eyes. Mutters could be heard.

"Whoa! Look at those eyes!"

"They really outdone themselves!"

"Coolest thing I've ever seen!"

"Stop vile fiend! You will not get in my way!" Guest pointed his prop sword to Bethany. She started to laugh. "I believe I already have you pathetic Robloxian." she said.

Guest froze. So did Jez and Matt. "Was that in the script?" Jez asked. Guest shook his head. Bethany took her sword out, real.

"BOW DOWN TO ME FELLOW SUBJECTS!" she turned to the audience. "Bethany! That's enough!" Guest yelled.

Bethany only laughed. She then charged toward Guest. Guest started to use his prop sword to defend himself.

Jez and Matt joined in. Jez and Guest had her surrounded, but when Matt started to charge toward her, she kicked him in the stomach.

Molly charged toward her and tackled Bethany. Bethany quickly got back up with a flip. Jez started to charge from behind. Bethany dodged his attack then got Jez to run right into Molly.

Guest and Bethany started to have a duel. She quickly swung her sword at Guest. He couldn't keep up. Eventually, the sword broke. Bethany knocked Guest at the ground and she was about to stab him.

Then she stopped. She put her sword down.  "Now.. Let's end this..." she slowly said in a demonic voice. Guest got suspicious. That's when Daisy punched her in the head, causing her to fall to the ground.

"DON'T TOUCH GUEST!" she yelled. Then she woke up. The white eyes are gone. "What happened?" Bethany asked.

Molly got up and didn't know what to do. "Improvise!" Rose whispered.

"Uh... Ladies and gentlemen! Daisy had saved the love of her life and the villain has been defeated!" Molly said. Guest and his friends lined up then bowed.

After the show ended, Jez walked up to Bethany. "WHAT WERE YOU DOING?! YOU ALMOST RUINED THE SHOW!" he yelled. "I- I don't know what happened! Honest!" she said.

"Liar!" Daisy yelled. "Wait! Let her explain!" Rose walked up to the group.

"Thank you, Rose. I was going through the prop section because I heard someone, but then everything went black! Then this happened!" Bethany explained. "I think someone possessed me."

"Yeah right, you're just making that up!" Daisy rolled her eyes. "Wait! I think she's telling the truth! She talked in a demonic voice!" Guest said.

"Well, then... Who was this guy who 'possessed' you?" Jez asked. "Well, he had white eyes and is completely pitch black" Bethany explained. "That's it!"

"Likely story" Daisy said. "Daisy! Stop!" Matt yelled. "Look, we forgive you okay? We'll just forget this ever happened."

"Thanks" Bethany nodded. They slowly walked back to their homes. Still confused on what happened at the play.

Meanwhile, the shadow walked to a lab. "Foolish Guest, foolish girl" it mumbled to itself. "I just need a few more pieces then my plan in complete!" then it started to laugh menacingly.
