The Last Guest 5: Aftermath [OLD]

Chapter 14: Broken

Our friends have made it to the dark forest, but voices are getting blocked out. Why? Will it ever end, or will it continue on? Will Guest be able to escape from the grasps of Shadow as his next target?

Guest and his remaining friends walked around in the forest, trying to find the secret base of Shadow to save their friends.

"We're almost there, I can feel it!" Rose exclaimed. "So, shouldn't we come up with a plan of attack?" Molly asked.

"The plan is attack" Guest replied. "See? You always make tough times better" Daisy giggled.

"Hey, what's that?!" Molly pointed at a temple looking building. "Could that be it?" Guest asked. "I don't think-" Rose was cut off by Guest running towards it.

They didn't know what to do, but they decided to follow him. "I think it's the Temple of Dreams!" Daisy said as she walked with Guest.

"I've heard stories about it! There are artifacts in there, and it was heard that anyone who attempted to steal it never returned!" Daisy explained.

"Maybe it's because the artifacts are keys to doors and behind the door will be our friends! We could take one of them and set them free!" Guest yelled out.

"Are you out of your mind?! We take them and we die!" Molly angrily said. "If we took them, Shadow will go out to kill us! But then we quickly set our friends free and defeat him! Piece of cake!" Guest shared his plan.

"No, let's just figure this out!" Rose insisted. "I've already figured it out" Guest replied. "Just, don't touch anything until we are 100% sure" Daisy pleaded.

Guest rolled his eyes, then answered. "Fine..." He then started to look around in the temple.

The three girls sat down in a circle, discussing about many topics. Whether their friends are okay, how they are going to find them, will Guest be safe? Many others.

"Oh, the askers are back, they can join our discussion" Daisy smiled. "I honestly think that the bacon general scares me more. He almost found me and my friends in the orphanage. That experience still scares me even to this day" Daisy sighed.

"I think the Bacon Colonel scares me, he was the one who killed my father, and threatened to kill my mother if I don't tell him about Jez and Zara's plan to rescue the guests" Rose shuddered as she remembered each moment.

"Neither scares me, I don't have time to be scared of two bacon hairs" Molly said. "No offense to any of them"

"Guest would most likely be scared of the general, ever since his parents were killed and the orphanage incident" Daisy said. "He managed to take down the Colonel with no problem!"
