Chapter 13: One Final Piece

Bethany's been captured, not to mention that she nearly died. She did, but good thing Shadow revived her. What will happen next? Who will be next on Shadow's list?

Guest and his remaining friends continued to walk through the forest. "Great, just great. We lost Bethany, who else are we going to lose now?!" Molly angrily yelled out.

"Calm down, Molly. We'll find them. We just need a little more time" Guest responded. They then came across the road they were originally following in the first place.

"Perfect! We follow the road, find the Dark Forest, and save our friends!" Rose cheered. They then followed the road to the Dark Forest.

They came across a huge hill, climbing it will take them there. "Hills... Why did it have to be hills...?" Daisy groaned.

Guest almost slipped when he heard the voice say that. "What? Why would you-" Guest gave a deep breath.

"Didn't we just do this?" Daisy asked. "Yeah, but we were rating Jez." Guest responded. "Now we're rating the Bacon General..."

"He is not the best guy, but I'll just say a 7, not because I think so, but because I think a 7 is generous enough, even for him" Molly chimed in.

"3, he doesn't deserve a higher number after what he did!" Rose yelled. "Besides, Jez is way better looking them him"

"She definitely has a crush on him" Molly mumbled. Rose turned in her direction. "No I don't! We're just friends and nothing more!"

"Let me correct that, you are friends but WILL be more" Guest laughed. Rose's face started to turn red.

"But I will agree with Rose, I will only give the Bacon General a 3" Daisy chimed in. "Now how about you Guest?"

"0" Guest casually said. "He isn't as hot as me". Daisy looked at him blankly. Guest noticed her stare. "What?"

"You stole that from that bratty Bethany, WHY?!" Daisy asked. Then she thought to herself. "Bratty Bethany? Why didn't I think of that? Not as clever as 'Lazy Daisy' but she'll get pissed by that name"

"Hey, she isn't wrong about the whole self-esteem thing" Guest smiled. He and his friends continued to climb the tall hill.

Rose and Daisy were taking it easy. Molly tried to climb quickly, but she got tired immediately, drenched in sweat.

Rose's foot slipped and was about to slide down the hill, but then Daisy grabbed her hand, stopping her.

She pulled her up to the higher ground. Rose gave Daisy a nod of approval as she smiled. After a while, Molly took a deep breath and exhaled after staying in one place for a while.

She looked up to see everyone ahead of her. "HEY! WAIT UP!" she yelled. Guest found rock on the hill and grabbed on to it, like he was rock climbing.
