Chapter 8: Search and Rescue

Our good friend, Matt has gone missing. We know where he is, but we decide not to say anything. But even if we did, something is keeping us from doing so... So what are our friends up to now?

Shadow turned around. "Ah, yes. The Pure Blooded..." he grinned. "I need 4 pieces, and when I mean pieces, I meant like... people"

"One pure blooded, one astral, one bacon, and one guest" he continued. "Of course I want this to be a surprise for what's coming. If I told you more, it wouldn't me a surprise!"

"Silly child..." Shadow said. "I am no ghost, I'm not dead" he giggled.

"I let the darkness take control of me. It promised me immortality, sheer power, and many more..." he said. "With this kind of power, I shall get my revenge on the people"

Suddenly, Matt slowly opens his eyes. Then he immediately woke up to find himself cuffed to a board. "Huh? What?! HELLO?! ANYONE?! HELP!" he yelled, his voice breaking down.

"SILENCE!" Shadow hit Matt in the head, causing to go unconscious again. "Keep it down... Show's not ready yet."

He looked at the three empty boards with the cuffs. "Not yet..." he menacingly muttered to himself.

Our friends look around the town, asking people where Matt and Ryan are.

"Have you seen, Matt?"

"Hey, where's Ryan?"

"Did Matt and Ryan happen to drop by here?"

They all said no to all of those questions. The search continues.

"Gosh! I am getting very worried about Matt!" Molly yelled out. "It's been 2 hours and yet we still can't find him!"

"We should just find Ryan, he might know." Jez said. "Yeah, he was with Matt. He might've seen what happened and who did this!" Daisy added.

Jez looked at Daisy. "That's not what I meant, I meant that maybe he may know because he's the one who did this"

"Jez, stop. We've already had that fight in Ryan's house, we don't want to start one in public." Bethany joined in. "Either you actually think he's the one who did this, or you're just jealous that Rose likes him"
