Mr.Rude

Hours in I got a little tired and ran all the way up to the front next to the examiner.
"Hi Mr. Satotz. I'm Luna. I'm getting kinda tired so I was wondering if I could have a piggyback ride for awhile" I grinned up at him.
"That doesn't sound very fair to me" he said looking down
"Why not." I pouted
"Because the other contestants have to find their own way to keep up with me. It would be unfair for me to help you unless I helped everybody."
I thought about this for a while before I continued to argue my point.
"Mr. Satotz sir, you said the contestants have to find their own way to keep up with you meaning that as long as they can keep up it doesn't matter how correct?"
"Yes ma'am"
"Well has anyone else asked you for a piggyback ride?"
"No ma'am"
"So it wouldn't be unfair for you to help me because it is just me finding my own way. So according to your rules unless some else asks for a piggyback ride and you can't support the both of us it is more than fair right?"
Mr. Satotz thought about this a moment before bending down slightly to let me climb up onto his back as he continued running. Some contestants behind started to yell and complain, but not a single one asked to also have a ride so Mr. Satotz continued to carry me.
I drifted off to sleep and when I woke up they were still running. I hopped off Mr. Satotz back and thanked him for the ride. Then sunk back into the crowd and kept running.
I saw Hisoka once again, but thought twice about approaching him, so I kept looking around for other people who might make good friends. That's when I saw a kid about my age with tall green spiky hair. I ran over to him.
"Hi my name is Luna and this is my first time taking the hunter exam." I cheered
"Hi I'm Gon and this is my first time taking the hunter exam as well," he said
"How old are you?" Another voice asked. I turned to see a white haired kid with beautiful blue eyes next to me.
"I'm 8 and in 10 months I'll be 9. How old are you guys?"
"12" they hummed in unison.
"What's an 8 year old doing taking the hunter exam" the white haired boy scoffed.
"What's a stupid 12 year old doing taking the hunter exam" I pouted.
He glared at me and I glared back.
"I think it's great that she is taking the Hunter exam so young. She must be very smart to make it this far" Gon chimed in breaking my staring contest with the white haired boy.
I smiled at him before turning back to the rude kid.
"I'm Luna."
"I didn't ask"
I huffed and ran off. How rude. I really do suck at making friends. For the rest of the time I just ran silently on my own until we got to the end of the tunnel.
After I got out of the tunnel it gave me a moment to rest before the time limit was out for remaining participants. I walked up to Mr. Satotz.
"Hey Mr. Satotz. Is the first phase done already?"
"He looked down at me and it looked like he was smiling but it was hard to tell since he didn't have a mouth.
"Not yet we are only half way there" he replied.
Content with that answer I walked away and found Tonpa.
"Hi Tonpa! You're still here"
"Of course I am" he grinned and I grinned back.
"Did you drink the drink I gave you yet?" he questioned.
"Oh no I didn't" I exclaimed remembering the soda my friend had given me hours ago. "I hope it;s not bad yet"
I took out the can and popped it open.
"Do you want some Tonpa?"
"No I still have some in my bag you can have it"
"Thanks," I brought the can up to my mouth, but before I could drink any, a card hit the can slicing it in two and knocking it out of my hand.
I looked up to see that Hisoka had thrown three cards at both Mr. Satotz and some man that had been claiming to be the real examiner. When I raised my can it must have gotten in the way or something. I pouted a little before turning back to Tonpa.
"I'm sorry i wasted your drink Tonpa. I really didn't mean to"
"That is no problem at all little one I have plenty of drinks left, here have another one"
"No no no, you keep your drinks I wouldn't want to take advantage of you" I sighed before skipping away.
The next part of the exam had started. But I had a bad feeling that someone was going to die
