ENTRY 5

Hi again,

I started my day very early because I had lots of things to do.

Unlike other girls who take their time doing their makeup and all, I don't have time for that.
Not that I hate it, I just rather go natural.

What I spend my time on the most is my hair.
My hair is quite long and curly so it requires lots of care.
Another thing I spend a lot of time on is choosing the cloth to wear for the day, I think its a normal girl problem.

I finally decided on a plain white T-shirt, my favourite pair of sweatpants and a black Nike sneaker. I guess this is why people say I'm a tomboy.

'FACULTY OF ENGINEERING' was boldly written at the entrance.
I was happy I had finally found my faculty and eventually found the department.

I went in to get myself registered thinking it would be done quickly so I could get to class.
Boy was I wrong...
Even with the fact that I was early,I still had to wait in the queue to get registered.

I was told I still had to come back tomorrow again to complete the registration, pay school fees, print out my course form......yada yada

I was about to leave the department when someone approached me, he said that his name was Damilare.
He had actually approached me to ask for directions, but when he saw the long ass queue he turned back.

I laughed when I saw the expression on his face.

We chatted for a bit and I actually like him, he is a pretty cool dude.

After he left I decided to explore the school.
I got lost a couple of times.
And then I found it.........!!
I found the basketball court.
Aside dancing, basketball is something I also really love.

I saw some boys playing but I was too shy to approach them so I just watched them play.

When I got bored and tired I left for my hostel.

When I got back to my hostel I brought out my phone to check for new messages.
I saw I had a lots of notifications and I was about to start replying them, but one caught my eyes.
A message that sent chills through my body, it was from Claudia.

I can't describe how shocked I was.

She apologized for not being online, she also said we should move to WhatsApp.
She left her number!!
I didnt even have to ask.

In order not to seem thirsty I didnt reply.
I saved her number, but didnt send her a message just yet.

I'll probably do that tomorrow even though I want to do that now...arggghhh

.........

It got kind of late so I ate my dinner.
I guess I should call it a night.

I'll have to get up early tomorrow again, I'm not going to wait on that long ass queue again
