ATHENA's POV

After another emotional goodbye with the family I passed through the border and made my way to the train. I handed my luggage to the worker and walked through the crowd.

A few people stopped and said hi to me, I smiled at them. I then saw a group of red heads. The twins saw me, "ATHENA!" they yelled I laughed as I was squished between them, "Hi boys." I said as I let go of them. "I have a plan for your birthday..." I whispered and they nodded.

I hugged Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, as well as Ginny and Ron. I looked and Harry and Mione was there. I squealed and squeezed Mione, I hugged Harry and talked to them for a short while and then said good bye.

I walked in the train and looked for my friends or even an empty compartment. I stumbled upon Hannah and Nev and to my surprise, Rolf with Luna.

"Hey guys" as I entered their compartment. "Athena! This is Luna." Rolf said with a laugh. I smiled at her and she smiled back.

"Nice to meet you Luna..." I said as I laughed at a giddy Rolf, "Have you guys-" "Draco? He's at the end of the train." Hannah said with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes at her and waved goodbye. I walked through the train and saw their compartment. I peeked in and saw that the girls were already there. I knocked on the door and everyone looked at me.

DRACO's POV

I was snickering at my friends, "So how was the visit?" Alicia asked. I suddenly smiled, "It went great."

The girls smiled and the boys nodded their heads. "We just need you to man up and ask her." Blaise said with a teasing smile. Then there was a knock on the door. We all looked up and there stood my best friend.

Her hair was curled, she wore a striped shirt on top a navy coat with a scarf and she wore a skirt then her white converse. 

The girls jumped up and hugged her. She laughed and hugged back. Pulling back she hugged Blaise and Theo.

She looked at me and launched herself at me. I smiled and nuzzled my head in her shoulders. She smelt like strawberries and jasmine. My heart thumped and she laughed.

She pulled back, "You okay Pea?" she asked teasingly. I rolled my eyes and just nodded. I pulled her next to be and snuggled into her.

"cough SIMP! cough" Theo said. Thena kicked him and I laughed. "I missed you Athena..." I whispered and she side hugged me.

"Oh Merlin help me."

Playing with Athena's hair, I added the Daisies I picked out earlier I added them when Alicia braided her hair.

"All done!" I said, she smiled and hugged me. We were chatting about our summer when the train lurched forward.

I caught Athena before she hit the floor. She held to me. "What's going on?" Angel asked as she clung to Theo. He pulled her close and Blaise did the same to Alicia.

"We can't be there yet..." Athena said. She stood up, "What are you doing Pea?" "I'm just gonna look.."

ATHENA's POV

I exited the compartment and stood outside. The feeling of coldness hit me and a pang in my heart hit me.

I looked behind me and hooded figure appeared, before I could stumble, "EXPECTO PATRONUM!" a voice said. The figure disappeared and left.

I sighed and looked at the person. "You okay?" I saw familiar brown hair and a scarred face. "REMUS!" I squealed and hugged him.

He laughed and hugged me back. "Hello Athena..." "It's been too long, what are you doing here?" I asked as I pulled away.

"That is a surprise, how about I bring you back to your compartment." He led me back and we talked for a bit. "Here, it'll make you feel better." He handed me a piece of chocolate and I smiled gratefully at him and hugged him. "I'll see you around Ms. Stark" I laughed and nodded at him.

Entering the compartment I was attacked into a hug. "DON'T DO THAT ATHENA!" I laughed at my best friend and squeezed him. "It's okay Pea, I'm fine."

He sat down and pulled me down to his lap. I chuckled and settled on him. He didn't let go until it was time to change into our cloaks.

I went with the girls and we walked to the loo. We bumped into Mione. "Hey girls, you okay?" she asked. The two girls nodded, "I stumbled upon a dementor but fine."

My girls looked at me with shock, "Why didn't you tell us?!" they both screamed. I rolled my eyes at them, "Do you want Draco to fuss over me again and not leave my side?" Mione nodded and then looked at me.

"A dementor entered our compartment and Harry fainted." I looked at her with worry. She waved me off, "He's okay, Professor Lupin helped."

"Professor Lupin?"

We were at the feast and the first years were already sorted. I was listening to the speech, "This year we have a change in our teaching staff. Due to the retirement of Professor Grumbly Plank, we have your new Care of Magical Creatures teacher, Rebeus Hagrid." I clapped with the trio and they gleamed at me.

"A new addition to our staff, Mr. Remus Lupin, your new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher." I looked at him and he winked at me, I then whooped and he laughed.

"You know him?" Blaise asked, I nodded, "Yeah he's an old friend." They nodded while Draco pulled me to his side. I laughed at him, "No need to be jealous Prince Philip." My boys laughed Draco snorted.

He tickled my sides and I laughed. He then turned to me and kissed my cheeks.

"Oh Merlin help me."
