ATHENA's POV
After that day at the lake, I had suppressed my Salem magic, in turn it suppressed my emotions. Uncle Loki warned me but I told him that as long as my control is gone, I can't trust the magic.
He sighed and helped me suppressing it. I was sitting on the window sill where I got petrified with Ginny.
"So, about the bonfire..." Ginny said, the Gryffindors was planning a small bonfire for the first years and they got the green light from the headmaster. I shrugged, "It would be fun-" "Are you gonna come?" she asked me.
Looking at her I sighed. "I don't know..." "You'll have to face him eventually..." I shrugged and sighed as I looked at the night sky. "Fine I'll come but only for a few minutes."
She cheered and then she stopped, I looked at her with a confused face, "What?" "Umm, it's just a few younger years wanted to hear you-" I shook my head, "Nope. You lost me there-"
"Oh come on Thena! It's best this way, think of this as you know closure." I looked at her with blank eyes. I sighed and just nodded. "Great! You can sing alone, or with someone." She said and my mind went directly to Draco but shook it away.
This is gonna be a long night.

I walked down the steps towards the lake and a few girls smiled at me. Smiling back I reached the lake and saw all my friends there. It was a bit chilly tonight but not really snowing, I decided to wear some black jeans and a baggy jumper that Draco had given me for my birthday.
