ATHENA's POV
I fumbled with the skirt of my dress as I followed Blaise, Alicia, Angel and Theo to Slughorn's Christmas party. I had successfully avoided him for the rest of his dinner parties but apparently I just had to go to this one.
Because of this stupid party I had to delay my holiday break. I grumbled as I walked, "Honestly Athena, you have to show yourself to Slughorn soon enough." Blaise said.
I snorted, "I do!" "What he meant was outside classes, didn't Dumbledore tell you to help Harry?" Angel retorted back.
He actually did tell me that but Harry told me he got it covered and I didn't want to intrude to his plans so I let him. We reached the door and I was about to sprint back when I smacked to a chest.
I looked up and saw Severus. He narrowed his eyes at me. I cowered in his look, "Better not be skipping this time Miss Stark..." he said in his low voice and ushered me in.
I sighed in defeat and I was in.

I was talking to Luna and Rolf when Professor Slughorn came up to me. "Ah! Miss Stark! Finally." I smiled at him politely.
"Please forgive me Professor I just wanted to finish a few things for my family." I said while using Uncle Loki's silver tongue. I felt him growl and almost rolled my eyes. "Oh it's quite alright if..." he trailed of.
I inclined my head to the side, motioning for him to continue. He smiled, "If you can sing for us my darling."
Standing there in shock, I felt Luna and Rolf freeze. I stared at him, "I have heard of your talent my child and I would like to see it for myself!" he said in an excited voice.
I knew there was no escaping this so I looked at my cup and nodded. "Very well! Thank you Miss Stark."
And with that he walked to the front and I closed my eyes shut as he introduced me.
