"weirdos." heejin scoffed, stuffing her phone inside the back pocket of the surprisingly tight jeans she had just gotten past her thighs.
she ran a cold hand through her hair and turned the front doorknob, opening it and then the screen door that was placed in front of it.
"jesus christ, it's cold." she hissed, feeling the sudden wind hitting her body harshly.
too bad she didn't have any clean coats or jackets other than the extremely thin windbreaker covering her arms.
"where's kai's big ass coats when you need them?" she mutters.
she stepped farther down the few stairs and stared up at the brightly shining moonlight as thoughts clouded her mind.
"should i walk or drive?" she questioned aloud. after a few seconds of thinking and realizing she was running low on gas, she decided it would be best to walk to the store.
she began her journey rather slowly, liking the feeling as she basked in the moonlight's brightness.
she drew in closer and closer to the store, having been very happy for it to only be a few blocks away from her home.
as she grew closer and closer to the store, she felt a sudden tug on her finger.
at first, she didn't really think much of it, instantly shaking off the feeling.
it kept tugging, a second, a third, a fourth, and even fifth.
but by the sixth time, it was a tighter pull than the past times.
the pull was so tight that her entire body spun around, making her eyes grow large at the sight of the red string strung across her pinky finger.
suddenly she began to feel her feet being dragged across the ground.
"NO YOU STUPID BIRD I DON'T WANT TO GO!" she yelled, pulling her feet back.
"WHAT THE HELL-- HOW ARE YOU SO STRONG?" she yelled again, grunting as she was being pulled past people who stared at her weirdly.
eventually, she came to a stop by the han river. the moonlight shined above her brightly while she angrily watched as the dove began leaving.
hearing the sudden sound of angry words flowing from someone's voice as they got nearer and nearer, she turned her attention to the blond boy coming her way.
she watched, speechless, as he grew in closer and closer towards her.
"you've got to be kidding me right now." she scoffed, watching as his own dove flew away.
looking down, she read the name on the newly appeared bracelet that rested on her wrist.
