"hi, could you help me find something?" a sudden voice asked, causing heejin to turn around.
"pardon?"
"do you know where i could find the men's underwear?" the question was definitely not one you heard every day, making heejin a bit flustered and uncomfortable.
"o-oh, sorry. i'm new here, i don't really know where anything is, either." she awkwardly apologized, bowing slightly before she turned away and began walking away.
the taller man approached her quickly, taking her a bit off guard. she had only just arrived- not even being able to get any groceries.
the sudden presence beside her made her try to immediately create dust by going into a different aisle.
she was on the taller side, reaching 5'8, leaving her male counterparts to tower over her. the man following her was shorter than taehyun but taller than her.
"well then what are you doing here alone?" clearly uncomfortable as he closed in on her, heejin hugged herself tightly, suddenly regretting switching her hoodie out for a regular t-shirt.
"i'm sorry, i should get going." she apologized, speeding up her pace and walking out of the store.
"what's the rush?" she suddenly heard from the older man.
she ignored him, her heart pounding as she got past the small number of people and their cars sitting in the parking lot.
why didn't i bring my car?
she let out a grunt, her body involuntarily coming to a stop as the man pushed her against the wall once out of sight from the people in the parking lot.
"dude, leave me alone." she groaned, trying to push the man off of her.
"what's wrong, sweetie?" he cooed creepily, leaning in closer and closer and heejin felt her heart start pounding harder and harder.
"please stop." heejin's voice broke, tears welling up in her eyes as she closed them forcefully, not wanting to see the man closely.
"leave her alone." a harsh voice suddenly spoke, making the man turn his head for a moment.
heejin took her chance, slipping out of the man's grip and immediately back away.
