heejin's night was long. although she tried her best to somehow get herself asleep, she just couldn't.
random thoughts clouded her mind whenever she closed her eyes, more and more made-up images going in and out of her head.
sweat was pouring off of her skin. she'd decided to wash up in the morning since she would need to clean her bed as well anyway.
but laying in her own body liquids and having her hair sticking against her made it quite hard to find a position comfortable enough to sleep.
soon enough noon had come around without her getting any shut-eye.
11 hours since yeonjun left.
with a groan, she managed to get herself up. grabbing clothes and a towel, she invited herself into the bathroom and took a long, warm shower.
the nice water that sprinkled lightly onto her skin made her want to stay inside longer and longer. the peaceful sound of droplets hitting the shower floor around her made everything seem calm.
calm. calmness. that's what she needed right now.
an hour had passed before she even realized it. stepping out after the shower, she turned off the water and dried off nicely.
damn, it's hot in here.
the steam had already filled up the bathroom- leaving it hotter than before.
after wrapping a towel onto her head she pulled on her undergarments and sweatpants- grabbing the hoodie closely in her hands along with her music blasting phone instead of slipping it on.
the cold air that sat outside of her bathroom door immediately washed over her, making her body feel a lot better once out of the heat.
