"Guys, read this."
By the time you made it back downstairs, Yoongi and Helena had migrated to the living room. You put Alpha Hongjoong's journal on the table, open to the page of his entry about the Rogue King. The couple scoot forward to look at it.
"What is it?" Yoongi mumbles, his eyebrows furrowed as he picks up the book.
"It's my grandfather's old journal. I found it in the library."
"They were led by one man who called himself the Rogue King. All of his followers had a scar over their right eye.." Helena mumbles to herself as she peeks over Yoong's shoulder, reading it as well.
"Holy shit." Yoongi looks up at you with a grave expression. "I mean, I knew the Rogue King was real but I had no idea that he.." He puts his head in his hands. "This is bad. Really bad."
"He almost destroyed this pack, and now it seems like he's back at it again." You plop yourself down on the couch, sighing heavily. "How are we supposed to stop him?"
The room is silent for a moment except for the sound of Sawyer gurgling in Helena's arms, the heaviness of the situation weighing on everyone's minds.
"Fuck.." You wince when you feel a sharp pain searing through your temple. It only gets worse until you feel like your head is pounding. "I have the worst headache right now."
"Did you eat breakfast?" Helena asks, seeming a bit concerned.
You shake your head. "I wasn't really hungry, the smell of the eggs was making me nauseous."
"Any trouble sleeping?" She asks and you raise an eyebrow. What is she trying to get at here?
You shrug. "Well, last night I did. And now that I think about it, I couldn't really sleep the night before either.."
A smile suddenly forms on her face. "Y/n, I think you might be pregnant."
Your eyes widen. Pregnancy hadn't even occurred to you, even though you and Jimin discussed it not too long ago. "You think so?"
She nods. "Those were the same symptoms I had when I was pregnant with Sawyer. In fact, I think I have an extra test upstairs. Do you want it?"
You nod, still bewildered at the fact that you might actually be pregnant. Helena hands Sawyer off to Yoongi, who holds the child as she makes her way up the stairs.
She comes back down a few moments later, a small box in her hands. "Good luck." She smiles, handing it to you.
You nod gratefully, taking the box from her. Then you go into the bathroom, closing the door behind you.
Taking a deep breath, you take the test before you can chicken out. Then you sit on the toilet seat, waiting anxiously for the results.
You've wanted a baby for a while now. But now that you might actually be pregnant, you're a little bit terrified. It's hard to wrap your mind around the fact that there might be a pup growing inside of you.
