Chapter 14: First Date

Nini's POV

"You. Look. Breathtaking" Carlos smiled at me as they were looking at my outfit.

"Thanks Car" I smiled.

"What time is your date at?" Ashlyn asked, putting the last clothes from the ground and into my wardrobe.

"Six" I checked my watch "In ten minutes! Go!"

"Ok, but Nini?" Gina got my attention "Here's a bag with some protection incase you need it and he doesn't have any"

She left a bag on the chair beside the door. I threw a pillow at her but she closed the door in time.

"Bye guys! Thanks" I shouted out the door.

"Did you just say thanks for the bag? Are you going to use it?" Carlos came in happily.

"No Carlos! Thanks for the make over" I laughed "Take the bag. We won't need it"

"Better safe than sorry" he finished and left.

"Love you" I called out to them.

"Save all your love for Ricky" Seb called in.

"Leave" I shouted as they walked out the front door.

I finished tidying my room when I heard the door go. I was so nervous. I texted my moms earlier and told them that I wouldn't be at the house when they come home so everything should be ok.

"Hey Ricky" I smiled at my boyfriend as I opened the door.

"Wow... You... Um... Hi... You look beautiful" he stuttered.

"You don't look too bad either" I laughed at him.

"Ready, m' lady?" He held out his arm for me to hold.

"Yes I am" I laughed, locking the door and taking his arm.

He opened the door for me and I got in. He was such a gentleman.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"You'll see" he smiled.

"Are you seriously not going to tell me?" I laughed.

"Nope" he said.

"Did you... Um... Mean what you said at school today?" I broke the awkward silence. But just made it even more awkward.

"I... Um... Yes. You know, I did" he answered "But it's fine if you don't... You know, it's fine if you aren't ready"

"I love you too" I laughed at his nervousness.

He smiled at me, and I smiled back.

"Here we are" he stopped the car at Six Flags.

"Six Flags? I love this place!" I smiled.

"Good. I have one request though. The rest is up to you" he told me "We need to go on Demon's Destiny"

"Ok, but can we get food first? If I had have known that we would be coming here then I would have gotten dinner beforehand" I laughed.

"Sure" we went in and got some food and then went on most of the rides.

"You ready for Demon's Destiny?" Ricky laughed.

"I think" I smiled.

"Can we go on the front row?" He asked me.

"I... Uh... No?" I nervously answered.

"Please?" He begged.

"No. I sometimes get seasick on rollercoasters" I confessed.

"Come on, live a little" he looked at me with puppy dog eyes.
