"Take a left, then head straight ahead. There should be a door at the other end." I said into the microphone as I watched the paths he took through his camera. "You know I could have asked anyone else for the mission right?"
"Well I was confused so I asked Sam and she urged me to take it. Though after this we're taking a month long break before she shifts to USA."
"So she'll move to Washington with you?"
"Yeah but she'll be flying back and forth a lot. She'll be operating from Washington." He took the left and walked straight ahead, just as I had told him to. "Well then I'll switch off my camera now. I'll give you the report by tomorrow. Over and out." He said and turned off the camera and audio. I sighed and took off my headset. That guy would make everyone believe he's dead and then he would suddenly turn up, all good.
My phone suddenly rang. Sam's name flashed across the screen. I smiled and answered it. "Hey sup?"
"Nothing really. I just wanted to ask about Ash."
"Oh yeah he's fine. Now he is actually in Michael's den. But he'll be fine, don't worry." I reassured.
She chuckled in the other side. "I know. So what about that breach in the system you were talking about yesterday before leaving?"
I sighed and massaged my temples. "It's all fine now. It was Michael who had breached in but we had shut down our systems successfully without any damage. I really want to see that Michael's dead body."
She laughed. "I know. The sooner this gets over, the better. Anyway then I'll call you later. I'm busy with the flight details of our honeymoon." She sounded excited. I grinned.
"So where are you guys going?"
"Well we will go to Paris, then Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar islands. From there to Kashmir and New York."
"Wow, that's a lot of places."
"Well they were the only places where I didn't go for any missions. Any way, I'll call you later. Bye."
"Bye." The line went dead shortly after. I put the phone down and stood up, looking out of the window to the hustle and bustle of the world outside. My office was cozy with whitewashed walls and a lot of racks which I had decorated with pictures from the wedding and also other memories of mine.
I couldn't stop thinking about Michael Green. He was a bastard, whom I thought I had taken care of, long back. First Vikram, now him. My suspicions were that someone was helping them. But the question was who? And why?

I woke up to Vishal kissing my lips softly, light as a feather.
"Good morning."
"Morning." I replied and sat up slowly, memories of last night flashing across my mind. I grinned and blushed at the same time.
"Did you like last night?" Vishal whispered in my ear.
"A lot." I whispered back and I felt him lick my earlobe. He nibbled at it and I shuddered involuntarily. Then he started sucking at the spot just below my ear, which sent a shiver down my spine. Was he going to leave a hickey?
I heard someone clear their throat and I whipped my head in that direction to see that Sam, all ready in her combat gear with her hair braided away from her face, grinning at us. My face felt hot. "I'll come back later. You guys carry on." She smirked and was about to leave when Vishal spoke up,
"No no. It's ok, we're done. I anyway wanted to challenge you to a fight today." He said. He went into challenge mode again. Uh-oh.
Sam's eyes gleamed with mischief which was double uh-oh. "Practice room in fifteen minutes. Your choice of weapon. I'll be waiting." She said, pointing her finger at him and closed the door behind her. I buried my face in my hands. Oh my god.
I sat watching Sam and Vishal going back and forth with twin daggers. It was hard to tell who was winning. "How long?" Sid asked, sitting beside me on the bench.
"Forty-five minutes." I said, looking at them.Ok now Sam had knocked out both of Vishal's daggers and pointed one of hers at his throat and the other one around his neck. They stood looking at each other, breathing hard. I smiled.
"No one can defeat our little Sam." Sid said standing up. She grinned and put the daggers back into their place.
"So where is Ash?" Vishal asked, putting the daggers back into their place just like Sam.
"He is on an assignment right now. He'll be back soon. Also I urged him to go." She added looking at our expression. I didn't know, it was a reflex. My fists had balled up. I eased them. I took a deep breath. It wasn't him, it was her. Vishal planted a soft kiss on my lips.
"Guys get a room. Don't do my brother in front of me." Sid said cringing away from us.
"Too late Sid. They already scored last night." Sam remarked putting her around Sid's neck. He laughed.
"Really? How come you're not spent?" He asked smirking, looking directly at me. Heat rushed to my cheeks and I tried to hide the fact that I was blushing but failed.
"Well we only did it once." Vishal added looking at me. I swear one more word and I'm out. I took a deep breath to calm myself.
"Aww got tired soon?" Sid teased, hi-fiving Sam.
"Okay hey now enough. Let's leave these boys alone. Try not to have sex here. Even if you do clean up the mess later so that dad doesn't know." Thanks a lot Sam. Everyone laughed. I didn't join. Sam noticed my expression.
She walked a few steps towards me. She held her arms out, beckoning me to hug her. I crossed my arms and looked away. "Argh fine." I exclaimed and went in to hug her. Her one hug could fix everything. I was terrified of the idea that she was going to Washington. Who would give me hugs like this when I was upset?
