secret obsessions

we all have our obsessions 

Kirishima had his crocks 

bakugo had to hit Deku 

iida had his orange juice 

and mina had her dancing 

but then we have our secret obsessions which we would never openly share 

and for tokoyami 

that would be the phantom of the opera 

the poor raven head was such a fanboy when it came to its central plot revolving a beautiful soprano, Christine Daaé, who becomes the obsession of a mysterious, disfigured musical genius living in the subterranean labyrinth beneath the Paris Opéra House.

he would secretly act out scenes of the play 

he even signed/hummed the songs

and when he opened his laptop hoping to find more news of when it would be coming to theatres near him, he had somehow found a limited addition phantom of the opera costume including masks and cape 

only he wasn't the only one who wanted it 

and even after hours of bribing he had lost 

the poor child was so devastated he crashed his head to the table with a thud

and the next day he hadn't improved 

so depressed he had to be dragged out of his room to eat 

"what's the wrong tokobro, I know you're dark and brooding but this is something else," Kirishima asked worry 

but all he got was a muffled grumble as he refused to lift his head 

the students just stared at the raven, unsure of even what to say to him 

only for one student to make that frown turn upside down 

"don't worry mon cherri, I know exactly what you need to make your eyes sparkle once more" yuga proclaimed as he wafted something in his hand 

tokoyami opened his eyes slowly before they opened so fast it seemed like it was ready to burst from its sockets 

"I just got this limited addition phantom of the opera costume and I've heard you humming the soundtrack from time to time and I thought you'd like to have it, and possibly enact some scenes from it" yuga explained proudly, although his cheeks had a slightly red glow 

only for the fabulous french boy to suddenly feel a weight against his chest 

the goth king of A.U was openly showing affection and embracing yuga in a hug

"thank you so much," tokoyami said happily as he parted and took the costume from his hand expecting it with awe 

the students had never seen the raven glow so brightly in their lives and they were overcome by his adorableness 

"well what are you waiting for, try it on," occcho said happily 

tokoyami nodded excitedly as he rushed to get changed 

the costume felt and fitted like a glove 

"Close your eyes, and let the music set you free," he said dramatically as he held the cape to the edge of his mask 

he would cherish this gift forever
