Blood flowers

the first time tokoyami bled it was something to behold 

it wasn't something serious, a simple cut on his hand due to the knife being to close to his thumb while chopping carrots 

the raven "arh-ed" in discomfort, this the closest student Jiro to stop what she was doing and go get a plaster, but when she came back she saw something very peculiar 

instead of blood dripping from the finger 

there were tiny white petals dripped instead 

this caused more students to come for a closer look 

tokoyami explained that this was just his type of blood and that it was normal for him 

hagakure scanned petal and was able to identify it as a white lilac 

the flower of humility

but although tokoyami said that it was his normal blood flowers#

there had been moments where it hadn't 

when tokoyami and shoji had been attacked by moonfish 

shoji getting hurt due to the villain 

and tokoyami had been cut slightly and lost control of darkshadow 

shoji saw two flower petals fall to the ground just in front of him 

it wasn't a normal white lilac 

but instead, it was a Petunia and Aconite petal

as he the bandaged up body of his classmate in a hospital bed 

he had to bite the bottom of his beak that was his version of his lips to stop himself from crying 

they had lost bakugo, midoriya and shoji had been hurt and he had been unable to do anything about it 

he bit his beak/lip so hard it started to bleed 

he had to stop himself from chocking on the petals of Lilies that flew from his beak

all his classmates recognised the petals 

the flower of sadness 

when tokoyami had been taken to his first funfair

spinning him and iida around in the teacups 

maybe too fast for iida's liking 

the glasses-wearing boy had accidentally held the raven to tightly on his arm 

and his nails had dug so deep that it caused blood 

iida had apologised for a ridiculous amount of times and dug out his emergency  first aid kit 

but as he was ready to apply the plaster 

iida had identified the flower, not as a white lilac 

but a petal of Chrysanthemums

the flower of joy/optimism 

when tokoyami and tsu had been partnered up for a battle against midoriya and occaho 

tsu used her tongue to held her partner avoid a fist to the face 

but as she hosted him she accidentally pulled him to close and were now inches from each other's lips 

the two shook it off as they got back into battle 

they had won

but tokoyami had grazed his cheek slightly 

tokoyami had to catch the flower petal before tsu noticed it was different 

"you ok, tokoyami? ribbit" tsu asked in confusion, seeing that her partner was acting suspicious 

"I'm great, don't worry, just a little tired" tokoyami lied as he hid the single petal of a rose behind his back
