Today was my first day at this new school, I was so nervous honestly.
I had previously went around the school and looked around at the classes and met a few teachers so I would know where to go and along with the fact that I would need to know where everything was so I wouldn't get lost.
That morning I got up and got dressed to go to school like normal. Nothing different except for the fact I made myself look a little more presentable so I wouldn't make a bad impression with anyone
Once I actually got to the school and got inside I was informed that I would have a student here show me around more detailed which calmed me down a little knowing I'd have someone at least to show me around a little more and tell me people not to mess with and teachers to be extra nice too
I was greeted by this Carrot color haired boy but before I could ask who he was he started talking to me "Hi, I'm Shoyo Hinata and I'll be your student guide for your first day" he said as he smiled brightly
I introduced myself then he started walking showing me around to as many places as he could before we had to get to class.
Turns out we had all classes together so it would make it easier for him to help me get from place to place with no issues which I really liked. But most importantly he was super nice and very gentle with everything he did.
After showing me around we walked to the current class period we were supposed to be in, then he also introduced me to some of his friends
" Y/N these are my friends, Meet Kageyama, Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi" he smiled as they all separately introduced themselves
" You must be the new kid" the blonde one said "Well hello, my names Kei Tsukishima. it's very nice to meet you" he said as the next one started talking "Hey" the black haired one said "I'm Tobio Kageyama." then the next one "Uh- H-Hi i'm Tadashi Yamaguchi. I-It's nice to meet you" he said, I could tell he was very nervous so I tried to talk to him a lot so he would get comfortable with me. But it didn't seem to work as much as I had hoped for it to
They also seemed very nice, except for one. I'm pretty sure his name was like Kageyama or something but he just seemed annoyed or generally didn't wanna be at school at all but he was great to talk to after a little bit.
During that class period the boys had told me that they were in a volleyball club that competed with other schools in the district, which I found very cool
For the rest of the day he helped me to every class and continued to introduce me to people and he never stopped smiling, I truly don't know how he does it
Without Hinata, I don't think this first day would have been as successful. His smile made me want to continue working hard and never give up even though I didn't want to be there. Along with that everyone he introduced me to wanted to be my friend which made me super happy
I really do think Im gonna like it here especially because of all my new friends, all thanks to Hinata
