It's been a few months since my boyfriend's death. My sweet Akihiko. I seen everything that happened since he triggered my bracelet and trapped me in that... place.

He did it out of good but I hated it there. I felt so alone there even though I have our baby, it's not like it's here to actually interact with.

I watched it. It was horrifying. He was getting beaten down and then he lost control. I've never seen a side of him like that before. The Bloodlust form was something I've seen before but never to this extent.

I've since been released from that place. I broke the bracelet and then used a cloaking spell on myself so I couldn't be tracked by anyone. Since then I've been on the run, dodging everyone. There's no reason to interact with anyone else.

I could go back and try to lead Akihiko's army but they are nowhere to be found. And those who do still support him as a true warrior are being tortured for it.

I hate what my life has come to. I'm not sure how to do any resurrection magic especially not on a Vampire as strong as him. And I know I will never love someone as much as I loved Akihiko but I have to move on without him.

He even told me that before any of this happened.

"Ayano," He called and I darted my eyes towards him, letting him know he has my full attention.

"Yes, love?" I answered, walking over to him and placing a tiny kiss on his forehead.

"If this war goes south... if I lose the battle and get my Vampires killed I'll never forgive myself. But if.. somehow.. if they kill me like they've done to other Original Vampire family members, just know I... I love you, Ayano." He said, pressing his lips against mine. My heart fluttered hearing him say that.

"I love you too. My handsome King. I love you so much." I said, wrapping my arms around his body. Smiling, he leaned down and kissed my stomach. Bonding with my baby... Our baby. I love him.

"If anything happens to me Ayano, you promise me that you run away. And promise you won't look back. Use a cloaking device, my love. Just try to get away from the war. If I still am alive I will come back and I will get you and our baby. I will raise our child in a our castle and teach them to live like royalty." He said, caressing my stomach while staring at me with a look of purity in his eyes. In the 17 years of life, I've never seen him look so sincere and passionate about another's safety.

I love my Akihiko more than life and I'd die to get him back but life will go on without him. And I need to take care of our baby. He died a few months ago and I still haven't gotten over it but it's okay.

At least I still have a piece of him left. Our baby. I will make sure this child will be raised to be the suitable heir to their father's throne. I have yet to meet them and I already love them so much.

3RD PERSON POV

Vali Lucifer roamed the battlefield that Akihiko died on. Since his death, he remained at the same place as when he first collapsed but now the land around him seemed so much more peaceful. Grass grew and flowers spread around his body.

He approached the body of Akihiko and kneeled down before dropping a black rose on his chest. The White Dragon Wielder smiled a bit while a tear drop escaped his eye.

"You will remain here until I can find a way to make you whole again. I will not fail you. Goodbye for you." Vali said before grabbing his dagger that sat next to dead body. It still had the dried up blood from Akeno and Michael.

"You were always gruesome after what happened huh? Well no matter, I will return your life and I promise we will wreak havoc on anyone who dares stands in our way." He said, clutching his fist.

He turned away from Akihiko's corpse and walked away. In a moment of pure coincidence, he spotted Katerea Leviathan.

"What the hell are you doing here?" He questioned, summoning his Divine Dividing wings.

"I could ask you the same thing, Vali. At the grave of a miserable existence like his... Sad." She said while chuckling.

"Watch your damn mouth. It would be a shame for me to kill you after you somehow escaped him killing you a few months ago."

She scuffed and walked closer to him.

"So why are you here?"

"I needed to make sure of something. Since it'll work, I require your presence. Come with me." Vali said and Katerea reluctantly agreed. They transported back to his home, and entered.

Inside, there was a bunch of magic spells and enchantments pages over the entire place. In a large containment center, was a lifeless priest that was held in preservation.

"What the hell is this and why am I here?" She questioned.

"Because this man is the body of The Vampire. He's not dead because he didn't burst into flames so he is somehow alive. I killed this man and am preserving his body for The Blackwell Vampire."

"I guess that makes sense but why am I here still?"

"You're going to reawaken him. I don't care how long it takes but you will make sure his soul is placed in that body until I can find a way to cure his original body." Vali said, pointing at the priest's body.

"I... Why do you even want to bring him back?"

Vali trails off and picks up Akihiko's blade and waves it around before a smile appears on his face.

"Because Katerea, he is my younger half-brother."
