She moans quietly while I drain her of her delectable blood. I stop after I feel her pinch me a bit. I gaze into her eyes. Her beautiful magenta eyes. Using my compulsion technique, I was able to make her do my bidding.
Was that me?
She collapsed on the ground, dead. The Gremory household looked at me surprised but thankful for me killing her.
I killed someone? For no reason? No, that can't be.. I wouldn't do that.
I grabbed him by his head and threw him into a nearby building. Reappearing behind him, I picked him up and kicked him upwards before throwing my dagger at him, seeing where it would land.
How was I that cruel?
"You almost got me, jackass. But we always win. Always. Goodbye asshole Vampire."
"Ack!" I bolted up from bed with sweating running down my face. I don't know what time it is but I know that whatever that dream was... it was horrible. God I hope that wasn't what I was actually like.
"You." A woman said coldly. She was a tall bespectacled woman with a voluptuous figure. She had tan skin with long brown hair tied into a bun with a headset and she had blue-grey eyes. She wore an extremely low-cut dress and it had a high slit which exposed a large portion of her breasts.
"Who are you?" I asked, tensing up. I could feel her power from here even though she was on the opposite side of the room. She stared at me with a hatred filled expression.
Then it hit me. It was the lady from my dream. She was real... but I killed her? So how is she here?
"You are wondering about me, hmm?"
"Well... yes. I thought you died... I'm not sure of what I did back then but I'm glad you're alive so I can apologize."
"You want to apologize? You would have killed me and left my corpse to rot away right there. You didn't seem sorry in the moment."
"It wasn't me. Well it was but it was a different me. The current me wouldn't hurt anyone. I am sorry."
"It was funny... the moment you grabbed my heart, I casted a spell that would grant me a spell of resurrection. I felt betrayed you know.. I knew that Blackwells weren't supposed to be trusted but even for someone of your clan I thought you were trustworthy."
Silence fell over the both of us after she said
that. I rose from the bed and walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her. She was hesitant to hug back but she gave in."I apologize for what my past self did. I won't hurt anyone ever again unless I have to. I promise." I said before breaking off our hug. I looked at the sword in corner that my brother gave me.
I went over to grab it and walked outside. It was day. The clouds were beautiful and it was very bright. The sun beamed on the green grass. The sun makes me feel weak for some reason but it's not unbearable. I would just prefer to be inside.
"This is gonna be a long day..."
~TWO HOURS LATER~
[Divide!]
My power was halved by Vali as I went to strike him.
Diving at me with his fist cocked back, my brother punched at me but I just barely avoided. The tree he punched (the punch that was meant for me) left a huge crater in it. He turned to punch me but I quickly unsheathed my sword and sliced at him.
Using his Dark Magic from his Vampiric side, he directed a large blast at me. Leaping high into the air, I looked down to search him but as I realized he wasn't still down there, Vali slammed his fist on the back of my head, knocking me into the ground.
Wiping the blood from my head and standing up shakily, Vali dashed in front and kicked me in the stomach before repeatedly punching me in the face. Roundhouse kicking in the side, Vali grunted before returning the attacks.
"Good job, Brother. I am proud of you for being able to keep up with me. This will be much more fun whenever your original body is retrieved from our older brother."
"Our older brother... How many other siblings do we have? Are they like us? Vampires?"
"Yes. I am the only one who has a part Devil side. But in due time you'll possibly see how you are different too, Brother."
Vali smiled at me before giving me a hug and encouraging me to train more. I know we're brothers apparently but for him to hug me after me hating him for so long is weird. I don't even remember why I hated him because he is a such a cool person.
After Vali left to do whatever it is that he does, I continue training by myself. I ran 200 miles while carrying a backpack filled with dumbbells. By the end of it, my feet were aching and sweating was dripping down my body.
Panting heavily, I wiped off my the sweat that beaded down from my forehead.
I grabbed my sword and began slicing at the training dummies that Katerea created for me. Repeatedly slicing at them, I felt myself starting to tire. I continued to train until my muscles felt strained.
As I sat down, tired, I felt like someone was watching me. They had a powerful aura. I could feel the aura from here even though they didn't seem close. It made it hard to breathe.
I turned around, scanning for any indication of anyone near me. It looked like nobody was there but I spotted a man hiding behind a rock. I couldn't see much of him but I saw a crystal ball that was levitating beside him.
I assume he saw me looking at him because he dashed away. Getting up, I was ready to chase this mysterious guy and get answers on why he was spying on me.
