Eden slowly laid down Clary on the bed she had previously been occupying, all but throwing Hodge out of the room so that it was only her and Clary in it. The stench of demon venom was completely obscuring her senses, and she knew it was coming from Clary's clothes, a small growl left her lips at the thought of not having been able to protect her sister.

She walked back to the bed and quickly, but gently she pulled Clary's shirt off, carefully while also inspecting her for any other wound other than the already healing one on her neck, she then took off her boots followed by her pants, leaving her only in her underwear before pulling the bed covers up and covering her nearly naked body.

She wasn't going to leave her just like that but she had no clothes of her own to lend to Clary so until she demanded one, her little sister was just going to have to stay like that.

There was one thing that Eden did leave on Clary besides her undergarments, and that was the necklace on her neck, she had a feeling it was Jocelyn's at one point at that their mother had given it to her for her own protection.

A sigh left her lips before she leaned down to kiss the knocked-out ginger's forehead, "I'll keep you safe." she whispered against her forehead before walking out, holding in one hand her sister's clothes. With nowhere else to go and Clary to take care of, Eden didn't even consider her pack's den a safe place, their hatred for shadowhunters would make them turn the two away, and as much as she disliked the idea of actually staying with Shadowhunters, she knew that they were her only choice if she wanted to truly protect her little sister.

Outside stood everyone, patiently, it would seem, waiting for her, most likely hoping to catch her say something that could be useful to them, "Here are her clothes to burn." she claimed almost instantly, extending her arm. Jace took the clothes and walked away, a defeated look on his face as he did, leaving Hodge, Isabelle and Alec with her, "Isabelle do you happen to have a shirt for Clary?" Eden requested softly.

Isabelle nodded and walk off too, leaving Eden with the two older men, one who seemed to know her and one who wanted to know her more than she'd like. "Eden, if you would accompany me please." Hodge began, turning to the side to walk away from the Infirmary, "I have to stay with Clary." Eden countered, her hazel eyes locked on Hodge's figure, "I'm sure she won't go anywhere." Hodge said wit a short smile.

Eden was beyond hesitant and whilst she fidgeted, Alec pushed her forward a little bit, making her shoot him a glare before actually following Hodge, Alec merely giving her his usual stoic face in return while walking after her.

"You said your father's name is Luke right?" Hodge began, not once looking over his shoulder back at her as he led them to the tech room, "Yes, what does it have to do with anything?" she sassed, giving Hodge's figure a once-over "And what was your mother's name?" Hodge questioned without replying to her question.

"Why?" Eden insisted, looking over her own shoulder at Alec for a split second before turning back to Hodge, just in time to see him walk through an arch and into the tech room, a room that in all honesty made Eden believe that they had robbed a couple hundred tech stores to complete. She could totally see Simon freaking out and mounting his computer to play D&D in there, even though in all honesty she had not seen anyone in the Institute besides Alec, Isabelle, Jace, Hodge and the guy who had drawn a rune on her. 

She appeared to have been more distracted than she had intended because Alec had to grab hold of her shoulder for her not to walk into Hodge who had stopped and began talking, there was a hint of an amused smirk on Alec's face that she ignored in favor of paying attention to Hodge.

"... so that's why we need your parents name." 

The hazel-eyed brunette mentally cursed herself for not having paid attention to what he was saying from the beginning.
