It was clear that Hodge knew that Eden had not been paying attention to what he had been saying hell he even saw Alec stop her from walking into his chest by grabbing her shoulder but he didn't expect her to play coy by crossing her arms over her chest and stare him down, very much reminding him of a handful of people from his past.

"No offense, but do you take me for a fool?" she mocked, leaning back slightly, while Eden Garroway might be many things stupid and idiot were not amongst the many things on the list. "You bring me here and you expect me to believe that macho over here didn't grab my wallet?" her words made Hodge move his eyes to Alec who stood behind her.

Eden didn't look behind her but by the look on Hodge's face she couldn't tell that Alec either shrugged or shook his head at her words, indicating that he did not have her wallet, when Hodge's eyes returned to her figure they sure as hell did not expect to see Amatis's brown eyes staring back at him, something that caused him to step back, as if he was expecting her to launch at him with such ferocity that he had only seen in werewolves.

"Isabelle must be the one who has it." Hodge couldn't help but mutter, Alec nodded at his mentor's words while Eden rolled her eyes, "Besides I don't think that my I.D. would help you much. I'm pretty sure my dad is not stupid enough to keep his hunter's name when he's not a hunter anymore." her words did ring true and both men knew it, chances of her parents keeping their Shadow World names would be purely idiotic.

"Can you tell me your mother's name?" Hodge offered, a part of him already knew the answer to these questions, at least in a way it did, but from the moment she denied that her father's name was Stephen and was instead Luke he felt like was in the middle of a lake with nothing to grab onto. "My mother's name is nothing you should concern yourself with, especially when she's no longer with us." Eden told him, her glare narrowing ever so slightly.

"Is there any information you can and will give us?" Hodge sighed, reaching to the bridge of his nose and pinching it slightly, he was certain that the Eden before him was Amatis's daughter, her attitude and looks said so. Eden paused for a momently, moving her eyes to the ceiling as she thought of any information that wouldn't actually expose her to the Shadowhunters, not that it was easy, at least in her words, all she had to do was keep her mouth shut about her father and their pack.

"My aunt's a nun." she replied thoughtfully, moving her eyes back to Hodge, just in time to see him drop his hand and a thoughtful look cross his face, "In the Mundane world or in the Shadow world?" Alec asked from behind Eden, only to have the mixed girl look over her shoulder back at him and wink in reply.

It was no real and actual information, if Eden's aunt was a nun in the Mundane world it was a lost cause and if she was an Iron Sister the chances of her using her birth name and not having adopted a new one were rather low.

"Seeing as you kidnapped both me and my sister," Eden stared, turning her head back to Hodge, a small smirk growing on her face as he saw the disapproval on his own at her choice of words, "I see only fit that you don't starve us as well." Hodge waved his hand at Alec, a silent order to take her to the kitchen and feed her, knowing fully well how she would turn out when she was absolutely hungry, no doubt like Stephen did, no doubt like Jace did.

Alec nodded at his mentor and turned Eden around, leading her away with his hand barely touching her lower back while the words "Let's go to the kitchen." left his mouth in a low tone that only she heard perfectly, his blue eyes watching as a proud smile grew on her lips, an honest smile.
