Okay, our plan is almost ready for action. I'm going to find the dye thing he told me about. Then tomorrow around lunchtime, I'm going to meet him in the woods and give him the dye. After that I'll lead him over to my house, then two hours later we'll go back to our meeting spot, and once the wolf dye wears off, then we will switch and do the same thing to me. We'll go to his house, meet his family, then we'll go to his village, like he wanted, after two hours pass, we'll go back to the meeting spot. Then we will go back to our homes.
When I got back I went to the pack's physician, Lidya. "Hey Lidya, is there such a thing as a medicine that could change your fur and hair color to gray and black and your eye color to blue," I asked when I got there.
"There is but why would you want it, your fur color is already gray, your hair is already black, and your eyes are already blue," She asked, confused.
I came up with a story, "I caught a squirrel and I want to change its fur color to look like me," I explained, "like a real-life self-portrait, thing."
"Cool," She said, she gave me a blue bottle, "find a way to get it to drink it but it only lasts for two hours, so you'll need to come back for more if it works."
"Thanks, bye," I told her before heading toward the door.
"Bye! Have fun with your little project." Lidya called after me.
I got home and went up to my room. Now I just need to find the perfect outfit for tomorrow. I looked through my closest. I am not what they would a girly girl. But tomorrow I'm going to a new place and I want to make a good impression. Plus I'm going to look different. So I don't want my outfit to clash with my newly colored hair and eyes. My hair and fur color are going to be red or brown. I need an outfit that would look good with those colors. And I know just who to ask.
I went up to my sister's room and knocked on her door. I may not be a girly girl, but my sister definitely is. The door opened a little. "What do you want? I'm trying to style my hair for my date tonight," Jessica asked peeking through the crack.
"I need your help," I told her, "it's a fashion emergency."
She opened the door a little more, "What is the emergency?"
"I need an outfit that looks good with red," I specified.
"I could refuse and let you fend for yourself, after that little trick in the wood that got me in trouble," she said weighing out her options, "or I could help you and pick out a fabulous outfit, that you would most likely hate." Both seem horrible choices for me.
"Or, since that trick in the wood was not my fault," I said suggestively, "you could help me find an outfit that looks good, but not too fancy to be in the woods with."
"Fine," Jessica sighed, "but only because I'm trying to be nice, ... and I don't want you to mess up a perfectly good outfit," she added.
"Okay," I said distracted, then my brain processed the rest of what she said, "Wait, how do you know I would mess it up?"
"Because, look at you, you got in a wolf fight yesterday and you always come home with scratches, you're always a mess when you get home," she pointed out. True. "why do you want to look good, now?"
"It's only for tomorrow, I'm going to my new friend's house and I want to make a good impression," I explained.
Her eyes widened, "Is it a boy?"
Uhh, I might not have told her that part. I could feel my face heat up. "Maybe, but that's not why I want to make a good impression ... ." I started.
"Say no more," Jessica assured me, "right now all our fights and annoying moments are behind us. But you have to tell me everything. It's tomorrow, right?" I nodded weakly. "I will help you get ready before you go, okay." I nodded again. "Yay, this is so exciting!"
