"Don't know what I'm saying, but I just don't care
And I just can't take this feeling right here,
But I like it"
I Like It - Cimorelli

After getting back from the garage, we had lunch with the rest of the guys. All of them have been super sweet and nice ever since we introduced ourselves. I guess there was nothing to be too worried about in the first place. Turns out all those guys aren't his brothers, but they're his band mates/best friends.

I've gotten to know all of them pretty well. By now, I've managed to match a name to the correct face. Jonah's the tallest, Daniel's got the ocean eyes, Zach's got the fluffy hair, and Jack's the shortest. Although I kind of wish he still had his curly noodle hair from before. And Corbyn, well I recognized Corbyn from the start. He's got that famous blonde, nearly Jack Frost looking hair, that smile that could make any girl fall to her knees, and a laugh that's just almost too good to hear.

After we finished lunch, we played some pool and table tennis in the game room. I got to see first hand the amount of competitiveness between 5 guys. We then went back to living room to just talk and chill out.

I listened to them talk about their lives before being in a band together, and what it's like touring around the world and stuff. It was honestly heartwarming and inspiring to hear their stories. I haven't even heard more than one song from them and I already feel so proud of what they've accomplished. Jonah then asks me about my life, putting the spotlight on me. Not needed Jonah, but nothing I can do about it now. I tell them about school first and unintentionally mentioned about my finals next week. I've been trying to not stress over them too much, seeming as I've done enough stressing out throughout the year. I just don't want everything I've worked for these past 4 years to be all for nothing.

"Wait, exams all next week? I'm surprised you're not studying your butt off right now." Daniel asks. Way to make me regret not actually studying tonight. I laugh off my nerves for exams week. Today's the day to relax. No stressing over school, it's Saturday. I glance at Corbyn as if he'll give me an answer, but I doubt it. "Well..."

"We were gonna study today. Yeah, that's why she came here, I- I was gonna help her study." I look at Corbyn, confused. Did he just say that? Maybe he can help me with this. I mean a little studying never hurt anyone before...So much for relaxing today.

"Wait I thought she came for her book-" Zach blurts out, but Corbyn interrupts him before he can say anything more. "Yeah, that too. But I offered to help her study for her finals..." At this point, I'm not even sure how to react. Surprised? Confused? Grateful? "Remember?" he asks, his eyes telling me to play along.

"Uh yeah....yeah, we should probably get to it." I say, playing along with him. I don't know what plan he's got going on in that brain of his, but it better be good. "Um, I'll get your books." he offers, getting up from the couch.

"Yeah, thanks. My keys are on the counter." I point towards the kitchen. He goes over to the kitchen, leaving me with the rest of the guys.

"So I guess that's a no to paint ball?" Zach asks quietly. Jonah gives him that look my mom would give us when we'd be acting out in public. I realize I probably overstayed my welcome. I check the time, 5:00. Yep, I've been here for almost 6 hours. "Sorry, I didn't mean to intrude."

"No no no, it's fine. We rarely get any guests outside of close friends and family." Daniel says, immediately making me feel better. At least I know I've made some new friends.

"Yeah, and it's been nice having you around." Jack says after with a warm smile. I smile back, thankful I got to meet all of them. I mean, it's not everyday where you just happen to befriend some talented guys who are all in a band. Yeah no really...but then again you're the only person who'd go to a strangers house after meeting them for less than an hour on the bus...Where was your head at when you decided to do that?
